This is the worst answering service I have encountered. We used to have academy group in hackensack, NJ, but they got bought out by this company and we have had nothing but problems.

I love working from home, and I love working for AnswerNet in the FineLine Division. Probably the best place I've ever worked. The people are so nice, and I am just so thrilled to work for them. I think the only other time I loved working this much was when I worked with special needs kids as a TA. It's awesome loving what you do everyday ❤️

I have just begun working with AnswerNet and want to acknowledge how professional and thorough the on boarding process has been. The team has been extremely helpful insuring a positive transition.

Our patient called our office on Saturday morning 1/8/22. She spoke with a operator from AnswerNet who reviewed her concerns and realized this indeed was an emergency concern. She took all the patients information and called Dr. Lambiris promptly.
Our patient was seen at Sarasota Memorial ER that morning and her cheek was sutured by Dr. Lambiris.
Our patient’s mother called me Monday morning, 1/10/22 to let me know how caring our answering service was and how her daughter was calmed and assured she would contact Dr. Lambiris immediately.
I want to thank not only the operator who received the call, Terri Chieffo but also Patrice who handles all our calls and concerns. She has always communicated with me over the past 10 years and has always gone over and beyond in my opinion. Her staff have been trained well and people like Terri are hard to come by. I thank you all for putting the patient first. Thank you so much for caring about our patients as well.

AnswerNet has managed out Snowplay Hotline for 5 years and has been able to quickly implement changes to our selections as weather changes and areas open and close so that our visitors can find the most current information. They are easy to get a hold of and respond timely requests and emails.

We really enjoyed working with AnswerNet for our 55th Annual Variety Show of Hearts Telethon on Global TV. They were extremely professional and truly passionate about our cause while ensuring that all our donors received outstanding service. Their fast turnaround on any support issues and always keeping us updated with live stats was very much appreciated. The reps and administration are all very great to work with and very personable. We feel as though our needs are met by the team. We greatly appreciate the attention to detail that the reps use when answering tickets. Any time we request an update to the service or change in operations the Answernet admin is very quick to get back to us and make the appropriate changes. The reps do amazing and have learned very quickly. It feels like they are always working to the best of their ability and always work to improve. Their ticket count has been very satisfactory and the quality of their tickets overall gets better with time. The only way I can personally see to improve is possibly having the reps checked in and out when they arrive or leave as sometimes when the tickets get busy it can be hard for us to tell who's on if we need to assign tickets. Overall we appreciate the service, dedication, and flexibility of this team!

Your company works great. You answering my office telephones leaves me more time to conduct business. No more useless calls, telemarketers or people trying to sell me something I don't need. How quiet my office is now is amazing. Should have done this years ago. You give me all the information I need from each important call and the rest you tell me about the next day. I would recommend your service in a heartbeat. Best decision I have made in 2020.
