Very unresponsive. Take your money right away but don’t deliver your orders and NEVER, NEVER, NEVER give an answer about your order. I unfortunately placed 2 orders from them more than a month ago and the items have not even been handed over to the delivery company which in this case is DHL. I’m so disappointed, would never order from them.

I’ve been having a very difficult time contacting them, as the phone number and WhatsApp number they provided are inactive. I ordered three dresses two months ago, but I haven’t received any updates on the tracking.
After canceling my order, they informed me that it would take 9-14 days to receive my refund. Despite sending numerous emails, I haven’t received a response. When I posted comments on their Facebook page, they blocked me.

Unfortunately I have waited 2 months to recieve my outfits and still nothing has arrived.
I wanted them before ramadan as one was a prayer outfit. It's truly so sad, that they use the excuse of technical
difficulties in their warehouse.

My friend was told the same thing, only months earlier on her package.

I really want the outfits but since it's not happening, I have now emailed for a full refund plus I paid for express post.

To buy these items for me was a lot of money.

I did receive an email saying the technical issues have been resolved but apparently my package is still sitting in a Egyptian warehouse.

This is just disheartening.

Despite some of the negative reviews I’ve seen, I decided to give @AnnahHariri a try—and I’m so happy I did! The dress arrived beautifully packaged, the material feels premium, and the design is absolutely stunning. Yes, shipping took a bit longer about a month than I hoped, but the quality made it worth it.

I’m really dissapointed with Annah Hariri and just realised many others had similar experience! I wish I’ve seen this review before ordering. I’ve placed my order on 17/01/2025, the DHL tracker still showed my parcel is in Cairo, emailed few times but received same answer that they are having issue in their warehouse. I was looking forward to wear their dress for Eid, unfortunately I don’t think this is possible now.

Took my money and i didnt receive anything

I made an order for 2 dresses on Jan. 21. I didn't receive them since then. I tried to contact them by email, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram, and there was no real response. To this day, the DHL tracking website states that information about the shipment was received, and has not been sent yet.

Never buy from this site again. It's a complete scam. I bought 5 dresses in March 2024 (Order 167019): I kept 2 and I returned 3. The parcel tracking proves that the parcel was received by them despite multiple reminders. I was never reimbursed!! Scammed! They no longer respond to my emails and they kept the money and the items. Shame on you!!! especially when you consider yourself a muslim business!!!!!

Ordered 4 Abayas and 4 scarfs ,still haven’t received them ,no reply from them .Anna Harri is a cheat .

I wish I could rate this shop zero stars because that's exactly what they deserve. I placed an order for two dresses and never received them. I sent multiple emails, and while I did receive two replies, they were just excuses about "technical issues" and promises that they were "trying to resolve them."

They took my full payment, but clearly have no intention of delivering my order. I've tried to get a refund, but they've completely ignored me.

Don't be fooled by their lies. Stay away from this shop!

I wish I had read the reviews. Anna Hariri is a big scam. I placed an order three weeks ago and there is no update, no response nothing… It was a special gift from my mother. My order number is 177179.
Please stay away from them.

Be careful, She is scammer I have ordered 3 prayer set paid whole money and after multiple emails I got only 2 . Do Not Buy Anything from ANNAH HARIRI they are scammers! I placed an order for my daughter and I because I wanted us to dress alike for this up coming Eid InshaAllah and I am deeply worried now that I have been scammed. I reached out to them via WhatsApp and I have not received any response from anyone to this day! I keep checking on DHL via the tracking number they gave me and all it says is that shipment information received origin service area Cairo Egypt! First of all I had no idea the items would be coming from Egypt I was of the impression that this was coming from New Jersey because that is the address listed on their website! They should not be allowed to do this to people, I work very hard for my money and I have five children! InshaAllah I will see them at the bridge on the day when all those who have wronged or been wronged and oppressed will receive their due justice! Allah the ever present and all seeing knows everything and will bring forth everything be it as great as a mountain or small as a mustard seed !

Oh! I am so sad to see all these reviews. Salam, everyone. I ordered 3 dresses, 2 abayas, and a jumpsuit in December 2024. I still haven't received my order! I have been in contact with someone from Annah Hariri (a Cansel Incedal) who said the factory had a technical issue and that it has finally been resolved now, 2 months after the order. I'm feeling really frustrated at their speed of response and customer service in general. I came here to read the reviews but am so shocked and now worried I have been scammed. I bought these clothes for winter and inshallah they will arrive in time for spring or summer. I'm still hopeful but definitely concerned. Over two months is a very long time to wait for an order, and to have to reach out to them consistently is exasperating.

I ordered two dresses and a hijab on January 10, 2025 and haven’t received my order to this date (February 24, 2025). I contacted them through WhatsApp (one of their preferred methods of communication) and haven’t received a response. I also emailed them and after a long time received a general apology email.
It’s sad because annah hariri used to be so reputable and their dresses are so beautiful. I hope whatever issue they are going through resolves soon and they build our trust again

Even one star is too much for scammers like them! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, DO NOT. Ordered my prayef set in December 2024, and STILL DID NOT RECIEVE IT. They keep telling me lies about having factory issues but all they have is lying issues. Do not put your money with these scammers. I will pray that they do not have barakah is their money and they get broke. I will take legal actions because they are just a scam.

If I could rate it 0 I would. This website is an absolute SCAM. I ordered my item 2 months ago. And still I have YET to receive anything. All they did was take my money with NOTHING in return. Everytime I email asking about my order they say they have a "factory issue" which is A LIE. How would a factory issue remain for two months. Even fixing a plane doesn't take this long. They are scammers, liars, and money grabbers. DO NOT order anything from them because they will go ahead and take your money and not give you anything. If only one of their employees would be respectful enough to answer my emails instead of making bots answer for them because they are COWARDS. And the owner took advantage of the Palestinian situation saying she's in support and how she's such a "good person" just to be a scammer, all she was doing is covering up her SICK personality. She doesn't care about palestine, she only used it for fame and followers. Don't order anything from morally sick people like this.

First their shipping is soo slow, than items recieved are not as stock photo lastly upon returning, haven't received refund for items that I sent that I have shown and shared receipts and tracking info since 2 months.
Run away hide your money or AnnahHarriri will steal it.

Order number 176480 I was SCAMMED asked for a refund and never got it back. No answer from the company whatsoever. Please don't use them.
