I ordered a shirt for my wife on the 18th of November, emailed to ask the status after a while of waiting. Zero response and zero shirt.

I've ordered 4 shirts from A&R LDN within the last year or so, and have been very impressed with every order. Items can sometimes take a while to dispatch, however the quality of the garment is second to none. Fits true to size in width and length, great designs and overall a first class experience. The shirt took only 4 days to be shipped from the uk to italy. It also fits me perfectly, and the materials are good.

One of the worst fitting t shirts i have ever worn, horrible material and cheaply made. Returned the item immediately however the company saw fit not to bother issuing a refund and ignored all my emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID

It's disappointing when you find a boutique company that showcases great designs, however truly fail in the basics of customer service. Ridiculous waiting delivery periods and the only way to get any idea of where your goods are, is only achievable if you constantly write to them via Instagram, Facebook or email asking for your paid goods. Isn't this illegal? Do customers have some rights, when it comes to businesses like this? Expect your goods to maybe arrive in over a month or 2...if ever. They also delete comments on their IG accounts when people start to complain. They really need to reset and get their business plan in place of they want to continue.

Emailed 4 times for a returns address to get a refund, they do not reply, had to raise a claw back with my bank's fraud team

Also placed an order on Black Friday and have not received the product or communication regarding it’s status. Horrible customer service. Disputing charges on the credit card.

I made an order on 3rd Dec 2019 and have not yet received the goods despite money been taken from my account. I have emailled the contact given on the order confirmation twice to chase but not had any response. I would phone but cant find a number either. Very poor customer service and certainly dont recommend or advise anyone to use this company.

Made an order on Black Friday, now 2 weeks later I have not recieved any information at all regarding shipment or my order. The support doesn't answer any emails.
