Harry, who I assume is the owner of this company goes out of his to make sure that he offers a great service. He dealt with a difficult situation exceptionally well, and has earned my business moving forward, I wish them the best of luck because the quality of their clothes are top notch

This is now the third e-mail I have sent and I have yet to receive a reply even to acknowledge that I have been in contact with them.
Their customer service is shocking. I try and support small businesses. I wish I had looked on trustpilot first.
If they haven't already closed up shop then they soon will be as you cannot treat customers like this.
I will be raising a dispute with my bank and reclaiming my money.

Joining the reviews of people who ordered shirts for Christmas and never received them.

Thought they would be okay as my partner ordered from them previously.

If you've gone out of business, just close the store..

Fortunately got my money back almost instantly from my bank after nearly a month of waiting.

Order placed over a month ago but never shipped. Noone answers emails or messages. Having to try and get my money back through my bank!

Cr@p, cr@p, cr@p!!!! So disappointed and so wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing and so wish I’d paid via PayPal.
Ordered a t-shirt for son for Christmas….(as did my daughter a few days prior to me) do I need to say neither of them have turned up…or responded to my email or my Instagram message…..never had this before….taken my money and not sent t-shirt….awesome…not! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Both my wife and my daughter have ordered T-shirts for my son for Christmas, but they have not arrived and they will not respond to messages on all platforms. Annoyingly there is no phone number to call. They are efficient in taking your money, but fail to send the goods.

Avoid!

Didn't receive items purchased, after 6 weeks eventually got a refund through a PayPal claim.

Ordered one t-shirt which took 2.5 weeks to arrive.

During which time I came here and saw several reviews indicating they never received their order.

So I sent them a couple of e-mails and sent them a message on Instagram, I received zero feedback from them.

I would be very hesitant to order from them again in case I never received it, or there was a problem as it seems unlikely any feedback would be received. It’s a shame as they have some nice designs.

Also for the price the quality of the t-shirt and print is ok but it’s not the best.

This company doesn't seem to care about customers at all. From all the reviews I have read there is a theme. Either items not turning up or poor customer service. In short this company seems to forget how the Consumer Rights Act 2015 works.

Unfortunately A&R London appear to take money and not send goods out, There is zero response from emails or ANY other platform. The phone number appears to go to a Fake number. I'm glad i paid by PayPal, at least ive some chance of getting my money back.
Good customer service is as important as the products you sell, or not as in this case.

J'ai acheté une mystery box il y a cela 4 mois. De puis elkle n'est toujours pas arrivé. Au début je recevais des emails m'expliquant qu'il mettront tous en oeuvre pour me l'apporter mais rien. Aujourd'hui aucune réponse depuis plus d'un mois et une commande 90€ parti en fumée. C'est une honte pour un site reconnu de ne pas avoir de service client et de ne rien mettre ne oeuvre pour acheminer les produits aux clients.

Bref je ne vous recommande pas ce site mais alors vraiment pas au moindre problèmes vous ne reverrez jamais votre commande.

Didn't provide order. They then proceeded to not even provide refund, created a paypal dispute where the owner requested he could only provide refund once i've closed dispute. Has ignored me since and not provided refund. Very scummy company. Would avoid if possible.

I am very happy with the experience so far. My partner and I have ordered from here a couple of times for quite a few items.

If we had any queries or concerns, it only takes a quick email and the customer support team is quick and helpful to reply. I would advise anyone to shop here if you like the stock.

Overall I would rate 11/10, I cannot complain at all. Thanks again!

Ordered a mystery box on a total whim via a social media advert in the run up to Xmas and got a dispatch notice on the 29th. Still nothing by the 6th January. Contacted via the advertised email address and had a response within 24 hours. 48 hours later I had my delivery - there had been an issue with DHL.
Good (not great) quality T's, but perfectly acceptable given what I paid. Love the artwork.
Customer service more than met my expectations.

Ordered a Christmas present. Still not arrived. Attempted to contact by email 3 times and by Instagram message and still not received a response. Zero customer service

Amazing value on the mystery box there was an issue with the delay on shipping but after emailing and enquiring they advised it was a very busy time for them which I completely understand!

Great experience. I personally was hesitant after reading the reviews and even escalated the issue, but it was dealt with by ARL quickly and professionally. I would definitely order again. Mystery box was such good value.

Been ordering from here for over a year now. Never had any problems with the product or service. Always fits true to size with lovely fitting and quality, and still after a year of use and washing, the prints stay clear and sharp. All round a 10/10.

Just ordered a Deluxe Mystery box, got the BIG BONUS! Unreal value for money and everything is such nice quality. I had a few bits from these guys a year or two ago and the new garments they are using now are as nice as All Saints or similar. Thanks!
