ok, but worth looking around
ok, i would say the service has gone downhill a bit now. I think the service for price is now unacceptably slow. I submitted some film on 6th August. They have scanned my negs which arnt good enough quality to use for anything my negs havent been returned yet (i scan my Negs at home)

Fast shipping and great customer service!
Analogue went above and beyond by sending my package the next day right when I needed it. I did have to pay a delivery fee, but it was absolutely worth it for the speed. They were also incredibly prompt at replying to all of my emails. Highly recommended!

Always great products & competitive…
Always great products & competitive pricing. App is really good and allows you to filter by what's in stock. Wonderpoints are a fab idea as is Club AW, which brings loads of benefits. Added bonus is that you can request old film cartridges for reloading via an order note and they'll pop some in the box for you. This is great if you use bulk film and load your own. Packaging is also excellent and fully reusable/recycleable.

Took forever
While quality was good, turnaround time was poor. Much much later than I was told when placing the order, waiting for over a month for my photos to be processed, and then weeks more for my negatives to be returned.

We were certainly overwhelmed and I'm sorry that you had to wait so long for your scans + negatives. For us when the choice is between speed and quality, we're always going to pick the latter. It's been a very busy month, but we've learnt a lot about how we can improve our turnaround times for next summer, so hopefully by then you can expect both!
