I ordered on 27 of November 2023 and until now it’s not fulfilled. They don’t answer email nether their chat box. I even tried twitter (X). Still nothing. Worse experience I had on online shop. Order number 41930.

Yes you’re right when I emailed on working hours again you respond to me in 24 hours. But when I sent email on respond of your automated I wasn’t answered until I made a new email the next day. So this edit is for people who need help. Email them on their working hours only. I panicked as nobody answered me in the chat. Also there was no cancel order in my profile. So I thought it was a scam. My apologies, they respond fast enough in their working hours. Which is during weekdays from 9PM EDT - 6PM EDT. I’ll give 4 stars just because of the rollercoaster of emotions.

Aged 80 first electric bike
Aged 80 I was having difficulty riding my cycle as hills and wind were making life difficult. Walked into Eastgate Cycles , Gloucester and Graham suggested an Ampere DeLuxe 700 bike. Collected today in a rainstorm so was given a cup of coffee to wait it out. The instuctions were clearly given and explained fully. I set off home with some nervousness but I needlessly worried as the bike whizzed me back home via a hill I struggle on without me barely having to pedal. New days yet but so far would recommend Eastgate Cycles and this bike.
Ampere customer service is top
Customer service staff super helpful and understanding of issues I had with one of their products.
Without hesitation they sent me a new product after very few steps of verifying that my defective product was under warranty. Super recommended company for the products and after sales service offered to the customer.

Got my order
I finaly got my order a few weeks ago, it has nice packaging and the sunglasses are doing what they advertise, I have not tried them too much since there was barely any sun where I live .
The missing star is due to the delay in getting my order

My Shopping experience was so pleasant and enjoyable that I kept selecting more Ampere products. Representatives were extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable about the products.
And to make it even better, when you register your products you get a coupon code with a significant discount to buy more Ampere products. It all started with Dusk sunglasses, and now my family has Ampere wireless chargers, power banks, and tech bags, all of which are great quality. Futuristic company with outstanding customer service
Ampere Tech is definitely ahead of its time and I have a feeling these guys are going to be one of the top names. I have not received their epic Dusk sunglasses I ordered so far but the experience with their customer service team was outstanding. Despite the heavy inflow of orders they were able to assist me with every query I had promptly and proved Ampere really cares about their customers!

Today (10/18/22) I still do not have my glasses
Update -04/26/23 - I still have not a glasses, no money back, just 134 mktg emails
This company not work, just eat your money
I got just 41 marketing emails for another ampere products and lot of stories like
- sorry we are delay,
- your glasses are on way,
- please pick up your glasses on your local post (I try it 3 time and nobody know about parcel from Ampere to me - not existing No of parcel),
- last call - we receive your glasses back and in next days will be your order canceled,…..
If I order RB stories, I pay for and got it in 3 days
If I order BOSE glasses I pay for and I have it in 5 days
If I order Ampere glasses I pay for nad after in 99 days I have just a marketing emails
Strongly do note recomand any shoping from Ampere

Don't send product + Worst cumtomer service
I've been waiting for my order for one and a half month while I'm writing this review. I've informed their customer service that I want to cancel the order and get a full refund as soon as possible and still waiting for their reply after days. There's no live chat service and also they don't send you as they advertised. I'd suggest to AVOID shopping on this website at all cost

I ordered a product from Ampere about a month ago and it has still not shipped. I am not sure if it will ever actually ship but until then this review is staying at a one star. I also have been trying to contact them and it seems like they’re ignoring my messages. Not a reliable company. Buy products at your own risk.
