Do not trust this company! Scammers. The goods they send are nothing like as advertised. Once you advise you want to return the goods they claim they are in the US, do not pay for returns therefore it’ll be too expensive for you to post the goods back. After a lot of back and forth I found out they have two places in the UK 1) Unit D82 Pt 2, The Old Bath House, Thorncliffe Business Park, Sheffield, S35 2PH,UK and 2) Units 49 & 51,crane Boulevard,Ipswich 1P3 9SQ. I returned the goods ( track and trace) which they received and I still have t got my money back! I am reporting them.

Items received were different from pictures.
They REFUSE TO REFUND for your order.
Reporting them to PAYPAL, AND MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

They sent the clothing but it arrived damaged. I sent photos of the damage (holes, pulls in yarn, unfinished ends) for a refund and a shipping label. They told me the damage did not meet their 'damaged criteria'. They have not indicated what criteria that is. It is clear they do not care about their product or their customer. I would avoid this company.

I am in the middle of the same experience as many listed here. DO NOT PURCHASE from this site. NO refund, half of order did not arrive, etc. etc. I am trying to get help from my bank, have reported to BBB. I was scammed, don’t be the same.

If I could give a negative review I would. This place is a complete scam - horrible quality products. I tried to return the items, they sent me an address in the UK and then after I shipped it back, they offered me to ship it to New York and then told me that they actually can’t except my return after I sent them my tracking number. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!

I ordered two of the cardigans,in the largest size 2xl, usually I take an XL. Not even close on sizing, way too small. Tried to refund but ran into no USA return address. Poorly made, no care instructions , loose threads. , I got scammed. They offered me 20 percent back to keep them for a refund . Would cost more to mail back.i also put a comment on site regarding items running small and they deleted it.Dont buy.

Scam! The company charged me but never sent confirmation. After my emailing them and weeks later, I received the worst quality items that are nothing like what is pictured. Button holes on sweaters looked poked out with scissors, no stitching around them, unfinished yarn poking out everywhere. This company are fraudsters. I’m reporting them unless I get a full refund promptly. Do not buy from here.

Refund policy only applies to USA

I ordered some clothes but they do not fit (too small, the size guidance for UK sizes did not work me me) and the materials is not high quality. I wanted to return the items and get a refund. The company says I have to pay to send the items to the USA or either only get a refund of 20% or I can get the items in a different size.

I have yet to receive product after 3 weeks. My confirmation number for order does not work on their website for tracking the order. My
Bank card was charged and I have put in a dispute for fraud. The product I order claimed to be an Oprah Favorite thing, upon checking it was not…

Do NOT BUY anything!!!! ZERO STARS!! Lies and deception here! I wish I would have read these reviews first!!!! Ugh! I got suckered into “Oprah’s favorite”all over Instagram. I trusted them! I knew something was up when it took over three weeks. I bought the two for 1 Cardigan sweater. Finally received Friday 4/12/24. There are no labels, no washing instructions, they are made horrible! I cried when I opened as they were gifts! Buyer beware! I am writing letters to Oprah’s team, Better Business Bureau and also other brands they show. I initiated a return and received a response this morning: we will gladly return at your expense, we are located in London and by the time you return with shipping it won’t be worth it!!!” WHAT??? Then they offered me $20 to not return and keep! Worst part: the mailing package as a warehouse in California on it, however the label was covered up with a postal sticker of YANWEN China!!! I am beyond upset with myself for falling for this but mostly want to educate people against these scammers!!! Read reviews , make sure address is legit. Never again will I fall for something like this.

Do not buy from this business. They manufacture cheap, poorly made copies of products from high-end brands and display stolen photos of the original products on their website to deceive customers. The fitted cardigan being advertised in their heavily promoted Instagram ads is from Jenni Kayne and the scarf jacket is from Toteme. They also delete comments from their Instagram posts to hide negative reviews. I’m glad I did my research before placing an order. Beware before making purchases from random businesses on Instagram!

Cheap, crappy, ill fitting. Weird fabric. Stay away unless you like cheap crappy clothing.

This company is a complete scam. Products in pic are better than what you receive. Really poor quality. Also they lie and say the cardigan they sell was on "Oprahs favorite things". They weren't! They are trying to knock off a nice cardigan from different brand. They are a completely fake/scam company and horrible quality. They should be shut down.

SCAM ALERT! I wished I had read the reviews before being a victim of their scam. Sweater should be worth $10. No care or brand labels. They are giving me a hard time getting full refund. They ship from China.

This brand is fake - the coat is from Toteme, you can even see the label on one of the photos.

Total scam. The product received looks nothing like the adverts. Totally different shape and horrible cheap material. Items sent are obviously Chinese knock offs and the marketing is extremely deceiving.

Scam. They use images from designer brands and you will receive an item that is Shein quality with broken seams, rips etc. Have been going back and forth with their customer service as they will only offer a 25% refund even though the items I received are nothing like the pictures.

Be warned, clothing photos are from a completely different brand e.g. that coat with the knitted edge is from toteme

The items look absolutely nothing like on the photos, which are btw pulled out from a different website that sells the original items. Do not buy !!!!
