Terrible company, exactly the same issues as everyone else. Ive requested a refund via my bank and registered a complaint with Trading Standards. Not sure where I stand legally on being able to get my money back but I'll keep trying because its a lot of money for such poorly made, flimsy, not as advised items!

absolutely rubbish ..I read reviews after ordering, tried to cancel order immediately but they would not. Order arrived £39 dress was same as cheap Chinese dress sites that charge little, fit not good. I have returned it on principle cost me £25.90 to return. They will not issue refund until it's received back...may not see money again.

DO NOT BUY! Terrible! Item arrived damaged and really poor quality and they are refusing to refund. 4/5 emails offering me gradual increased 15/20/30% refund!!! For damaged crap shoes that are unwearable. Item did not match the photo and felt cheap and nasty.

10 emails on trying to return their crap shoes. Still no info. Avoid this company!

Do not, under any circumstances, buy anything from this company. I received shoes I ordered from their website, they were a horrible colour and looked very different from the pictures and so were not as described. Hey also smell really strongly of a solvent of somw sort which is quite overpowering.They won't give me a refund and the ability to return which is my right under both UK and EU law (they are based in the Netherlands) and have offered very odd alternatives that will cost me more money! The customer services number doesn't exist when you call it. Its a total scam.

I wish I had read these reviews before buying. From the very start no communication, there was no confirmation email of order not able to track delivery. I spent £103 for jacket that was too small couldn’t even fit my granddaughter the size 2XL also ordered 2 piece tracksuit terrible quality. Parcel took a while no response to any of my emails. Poor customer service. I want a refund tried to call the contact number provided the number is not in service, no return paperwork in parcel. This is the worst company I have ever come across. They should not be allowed to trade. They don’t even deserve 1 star. I will be contacting trading standards.

Wish I had read these reviews before I purchased! What an absolute pile of rubbish. I ordered what was supposed to be a leather skirt, reduced to £35, and when it eventually came, weeks later, it is a cheap plastic material, I wouldn't have given a fiver for!
Stay away from this company, because as the others suggest, you won't get your money back.

Not as described - not even vaguely. Do not buy from this company. I paid £130 for what should have cost me £20 at most. Complete rip off merchants who I will be reporting to Trading Standards.

This company should be closed down . They are an absolute scam . The clothing I ordered took ages to arrive . Was squashed into a tiny bag and the quality was awful . The stitching looked like it had been done by a 3yr old .
They won’t give me a refund . Just offered me eventually 35% back or to post it back at my own cost to China.The clothing was not sent to me from China.
Please DO NOT order from them .

Ordered shoes for my daughter's wedding. They took ages to arrive, no way to track the parcel then they are too small yet still manage to slip at the heel.
Company will not refund, originally saying I could order another pair in a different size for postage only and keep the original ones. Then offered a 15% refund, now a 20% one or a store credit. I so wish I had read the reviews before buying from this company.

Abysmal quality. Nothing like the shoes advertised on the website. Zero response to my emails to customer service requesting a refund. Don't know how they get away with it.

Absolute scam site! Avoid! The dress I received was nothing like the one worn by the model. It was made of a nasty nylon material, barely any hemming, utterly shapeless. I wouldn’t give it to my grandmother.
I was offered 15% repayment, or 25% off next purchase ( as if!) or another ( same) dress.

This company, should not be allowed to ,continue, it is a complete scam I ordered a coat that I thought was a medium it wouldn't even fit my 5 year old grandchild, was so shoddy it was unbelievable no refund or anything reply

This company is a scam. The product quality is very poor, take so long to receive the itemd and despite emailing them to request a return, I’ve received no response. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am very disappointed.

DONT USE THIS SITE. IM STILL WAITING FOR SHOES. There is a tracking number that DOESN'T work, no contact, no replies to my emails. You've been warned.

I should really give No stars! I rarely bother to write a negative review as it's never this bad! The product is of absolutely POOR POOR quality. Primark would be designer in comparison! Do not be fooled by the images. I have been trying to get a refund of my order , one of the tops had stitching coming apart too. The best they can offer after a week of daily emails back and forth is a 15% refund ! Disgraceful. Do not order!

This is a scam company! Poor quality goods that are not fit for purpose! I ordered a jacket that did not resemble anything like the jacket on the website!

Jacket was awful, cheap material, cost almost £50, order was also late. Trying to return they haven't emailed back yet. Do no recommend HIGHLY

Shoe's arrived after having to chase the order, eventually arrived, poor quality not even boxed.
Worth only £15 max !! Lesson learned!!
