Location fiat 500 amigoauto via bsp-auto.com
J'ai loué un véhicule chez amigoauto par le site français bsp-auto. com destination Palma de Majorque.
Suite au divers avis négatif j'ai eu peur de mon choix. (C'est vrai qu'il y a peut-être des choses à améliorer).
Lors de notre arrive à L'aeroport ,on a cherché le Comptoir amigoauto. (En fait les véhicules sont à 5 kms environ, un mini bus vous attend sur le parking des taxis )
Arrivé sur le site de location (en fait OKrent à car) l'usine. On prend son ticket et on attend qu'un des 12 comptoirs appele votre numéro.
Contrat signé. (J'avais pris l'Assurance remboursement de franchise en France, attention les vendeurs veulent vous vendre plus.
Et surtout avoir une carte de crédit, une carte Visa débit ne fonctionne pas pour la caution. Attention encore , c'est à vous de faire l'Etat des lieux du véhicule (moi j'ai fait le tour avec précaution et photos des quatres faces du véhicule "je travaille dans la Location"
Une heure d'attente pour le véhicule pas prêt.
Bon véhicule fiat 500 pour deux , super bien.
Au retour, pas d'accidents, j'ai nettoyé la voiture (intérieur/extérieur) plus propre qu'au depart.
Aucun problème pour le retour.
Si vous n'abimez pas la voiture pas de facturation supplémentaire.
Pas de problèmes pour moi , je suis satisfait du bon rapport qualité/prix.
Je conseille amigoauto/OKrent à car, mais être aussi très vigilant pour votre location.
Je valide une prochaine expérience chez ce loueur

At AmigoAutos we strive to offer the best options, compare the most competitive companies in the market and offer a transparent service. During the check out process, customers can and should check the particular terms and conditions of the car provider. Some companies need to check their cars more often that's why they require for the client to approach the nearest office every X amount of KM.

J'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience …
J'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience avec AmigoAutos cet été : ma réservation a été annulée le matin même de mon départ en Espagne. Aucune dédommagement ne m'a été proposé, hormis un autre devis à 100 euros plus cher. Des frais supplémentaires très élevés qui ne m'avaient pas été communiqués en amont m'ont été facturés à mon arrivée en Espagne. Alors que j'essaie d'effectuer une réclamation via le site internet d'AutoAmigos, la demande de contact de fonctionne pas et ma réclamation n'a pas voulu être entendue par téléphone. Mauvaises surprises en mauvaises surprises, déceptions en déceptions... ou commencer mal démarrer ses vacances et réduire drastiquement son budget loisirs dès le premier jour.

Très professionel et plsu que correct.
Offre interressante, bon positionement sur ce marché. et la bonne surprise est que pour des raisons independantes de ma volonté et de la leur, j'ai dû annuler, à 40 h de ma reservation. Amigoauto m'a remboursé integralement.
Je recommande à mon entourage et reviendrais à la prochaine occasion vers de pretataire.
