my experience with this company has been excellent so far

ROSE HAS BEEN A TERRIFIC AND AWSOME ASSET ADDITION TO MY ACCOUNT. I RECOMEND HER TO ANY HIGH CLASS PROJECT. SHE LISTENS, MAKE SURE WHAT ARE REQUIRED IS WHAT SHE INDESRTAND. CAREFULLY FOLLOWS UP, KEEP YOU UP TO DATE AND MANAGE YOUR PROJECT VERY SERIOUSLY. I WANT HER ON ALL MY PROJECTS

I would not use this company.
Started service for $170 through American Logo Design with Leonard and Eric. I told them exactly what I wanted and they sent me the opposite. Told them what I didn’t want in my logo and they used the exact basic roof line that I said no to in the first place. Along with that I told them black and gold and instead they send me red white and blue or green and yellow. Finally after all the lack of communication and responses, my business partner had to design our own logo. We then ask for them to simply change it to a transparent background, waited a week and finally when I reached out to the company’s headquarters is when Leonard would finally respond. He then offered a refund. It took almost a month just to get the refund, my business partner had to put a bad review just to get their attention. They then offered us basic stationary for our troubles. Paper and envelopes. I told him just send some pens if that’s what he really wanted to do and then he tells me it would be $270!!!! Like I’m going to pay you anymore after it took me a month to receive my refund for services not provided? I feel played by this company. I wouldn’t recommend anyone with a business idea to use this company. Just very unprofessional.

Weird from the beginning. Got some low effort designs that looked like they just put it through a font generator. Paid for the largest package of unlimited revisions and stationary and social media branding and I get no response. I've left emails, voicemails, and live chatted and get nothing. Waste of time and money, go elsewhere.

The few people I've worked with were attentive to my needs and delivered results in a timely manner. I had a vision of what I wanted to do but didn't quite know how to get there--they provided that meaningful assistance. They also have great communication through the entire process.

I would like to say that I have been looking at getting a logo made for a very long time. Never knew how or what to do. But you guys “Stacy” made it very very easy for me and they done a wonderful job thank you very much!!

Rose has been extremely helpful. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She has my complete confidence and I look forward to working with her going forward.

Great experience, start to finish. There was constant communication and they designed a logo that was exactly what I was looking for. Very prompt and professional.

This is not an American company. They are in India. This is just another version of Branding Agency, Inc. They change names frequently due to bad reviews. I don't care they are Indian, but I can't stand deceit.

I wanted a refund. Their process for creating a logo was too slow and their designs were mediocre and almost exact copies of other people's copyrighted work. They refused. I don't know how they get such good reviews here. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I am very satisfied with the experience and the new look of our customized logo for our business! Stacey and her team of experts worked diligently and quickly by creating several logo options for us to choose from. My community of friends and family who were able to get a first look at our new design was very pleased and excited to see the new logo on our products! I would highly recommend American Logo Designers if you’re a new or prior business owner for your logo customization!

This team really came through for me. Not only is the final design gorgeous, but I also had a variety of quality designs to choose from, and I received attention every step of the way. Well worth the price!

Love working with this company especially John Martin who has always helped me even would you out of his way. Quality of their work is amazing. Have website, business cards and other business equipment and I love the quality!

A BIG THANKYOU to team ALD, they transformed my business from nothing to something. My brand awareness among the internet audience escalated as soon as they started handling it. The most important factor which I liked about ALD is that they involve you in every step of the process. I've trusted ALD to design me a logo for my DJ business and they did an awesome job! Their staff guided me through the process with the utmost care and professionalism. I was always in the loop of their work. They provided me with several choices and I basically fell in love with all. Eventually I decided on a very creative design that said it all for me.
