We paid a lot to have the visas expedited, I do understand that the consulat set the rule but the time was 3 times as long as the one promised

It's was easy to use, my phones calls were always answered every questions were answered in detail and they tell you exactly what you need to do,all the documents you need to have in order to be able to get a visa, I wanted to visit the United kingdom and so I did because of their great service, thanks again Ambassador passport and visa services I will definitely use your agency again, and I highly recommend it.

These are my 'go to' folks for visas. I've been using them for years and they know their stuff. By the way - if they tell you it's a "rush", it is. They've never lied or let me down. Highly recommend (and have many times). Visas include multiple ones for China and most recently, Russia. Reliable and worth every penny.

I had to contact back and forth with the visa officer and I didn’t get the passport on time until I realised that my flight is next week and ambassador passport office is not helping out.

Incredibly responsive in expediting my expired passport, within a matter of 2 weeks so I was able to take a planned trip with family out of the country!

Horrible,
Spent $800 to get a next day visa, drove 4 hours in L.A. traffic only to get a call telling me they couldn't complete the task. Total joke. I do Not recommend the waste of money. They should refund your money if they can't hold up their end of the bargin.
