I approached them twice for the same visa process and both the time I was directed to Ladan mostly. Ladan is very kind and very patient. She informed me before hand of my situation and the posibility of my visa being rejected and provied me an option. Due to her good rapport with the visa center, I could withdraw my application rather than get rejection. And then she also returned me part of my money.
Then why do i give a three star? That's because, when I approached them and told them that although I am have a legal status in US, as my previous passport was lost, the new passport didn't have a visa stamp, she told right away that my visa will be rejected. I had to create my case for myself including writing letters to embassy explaining about my situation and providing them explainations to support the same and provide them the proof of my legal status in US. After paying them 500 dollars I would expect them to guide me and help me or provide me ideas on how I can create a strong case for myself - create a case including giving me ideas to write explanation letters and make my case stronger.
The second time around when I had successfully gotten a US visa stamp, I approached them again for the same process as before. This time canada embassy had changed some policies including fingerprints. I called Ambassador passport and visa services for three weeks to confirm if I needed to provide fingerprints and if I should include fingerprint amount to my final check to Ambassdor passport and visa services. However, even after three weeks of follow up from me I never got a reply. I took my sister's advice and didn't wait for them to get back to me. I called other visa service offices who told me on the first phone call itself that it would be easier and quicker if I submit my application by myself (which is what I did). This visa service office also charged just 99 bucks compared to Ambassdor who charges 500 for the same with poor follow up and guidance. I don't remember the name of the other visa service office i approached as it was a while back. they had really resourceful website. The website was up-to-date with all visa requirements for canada visa including links to fingerprint how, when, where and why.
I would give them a 5 star if they were not expensive and were good with follow-up and guidance and were up-to-date.

I paid almost $700 to get a VISA for Russia in under two weeks. It took almost three weeks to receive it and I was given only $80 in return for the delay (and only after asking). Not a pleasant experience. They are taking advantage of the fact they have a corner on the market for Russian visas in LA.

You are in good hands. They know what they are doing. Done perfectly, no issues, no worries, just provide the info they ask for which is well summarized and reasonable.

The only reason for 3 stars is that I was quoted a different price over the phone than what I actually paid. I called them to inquire about this price hike and was given an explanation but one that should of been told to me on the initial phone conversation. Other than that, my passport was expedited to me in a timely fashion.

Working for a large studio it is not uncommon to hear 'oops, my passport expires in a week' or require an emergency visa for someone traveling in 2 days. With that said, it is imperative that processing of these documents happen quickly and effortlessly for employees and talent. We have been working exclusively with Ladan and Cris for all our South African location needs and they are unequivocally the best. We can honestly say there has never been a problem and they continually display patience and grace under pressure. We confidently recommend AMBASSADOR and encourage anyone to visit them for their passport and visa needs.
