Absolutely disgusting customer service…
Absolutely disgusting customer service from Amazon SA. I placed an order on Thursday and it was suppose to come the next day which is Friday . I got a message saying that delivery attempt failed and that is should be delivered on Monday. I paid no attention to that . Sunday I ordered again two different orders and was told that the orders are coming Monday. On Monday I get an in app message that the delivery attempt failed. Strange because the one that was rescheduled for deliver from Friday came. I decided to call in and they tell me the order wasn’t even out for delivery it’s supposed to be to come on Friday. Which took me by surprise because I was told it’s coming Monday so had I not called I was going to wait for nothing. The customer service on the line failed to tell me why the order says delivery attempt failed mean while the order hadn’t even left in the first place. She went on and cut the call on me. I did say that I placed two orders on Sunday. The other one was charged 3 times on my cards. Which in the end did not come because it then was cancelled because they did not receive payment mean while my card has 3 charges from them. I called in and the agent told me they only one charge went through and that I should expect the others to drop soon she went on to advise me that the order is coming and that I should disregard what I see on the app. Delivery day comes and no order comes and the charges are still on my account. The most nonsense customer service experience I’ve ever received
