Alhamdulillah, we were blessed with the opportunity to perform Umrah with my family during the last week of October, and we cannot thank our agent, Wardah, enough.
What impressed us most was the care and attention Wardah gave throughout the entire process. As with any travel arrangements, there can always be challenges and unexpected issues, but she dealt with everything calmly and professionally. She communicated clearly, followed things up promptly, and was always available when we needed to speak to her.
Our entire journey went incredibly smoothly. All of our airport and hotel transfers were perfectly on time, and the drivers provided for us were very nice and professional. We were highly satisfied with our accommodations; the hotel in Makkah was a huge hit with my children, who absolutely loved the breakfast buffet, and our hotel in Madinah was also lovely. When we arrived in Makkah, Wardah checked in with us to make sure everything was going well, and her support continued throughout our time in Madinah too.
Our ziyarat guides were fantastic. The guide in Makkah was very nice, and our guide in Madinah even managed to drive us out to visit Jinn Valley, which was a special wish for my children.
Wardah genuinely goes out of her way to get the best deal. Her excellent communication, personal attention, and willingness to follow things through gave us a great deal of reassurance and made a real difference to our experience. Assalam alaikum i book my morroco hotel with khadijah and we have wonderfull experience we got early check in and late check out hotel was so clean and bed was comfortable jzk khadijah for wonderful hotel booking.

SMALL PRINT WON'T REMOVE YOUR RIGHTS FOR A REFUND.

We booked an Umrah trip with Al Zowar Travel in 2026. Our invoice described the booking as a "Package Single contract Sale" and charged flights and hotels together as a "Travel Package".

When the FCDO advised against travel to parts of Saudi Arabia on our itinerary, we cancelled in writing and asked for a refund.

If your booking is described as a package on your invoice and FCDO advice affects your trip, you may have rights under the Package Travel Regulations 2018 that small print can't remove. Check your invoice carefully, keep copies of everything, and get advice from Citizens Advice before accepting that you're not entitled to anything. (Check you home insurance for legal cover and don't take their word for it)

Also note if they are did not provide a ATOL certficate at the time of payment they may be breaking CAA rules.
