Do not buy from this company. It is an absolute waste of time. You’d walk in their shop and never think that they would treat you like they do when your chasing your order that you paid for and waited for 5 months and still waiting! I’ve been waiting for my sofas and every month there’s a delay by a whole month. I call them I can’t get through to them. I get through then they promise a loan sofas it’s the third time they said we would deliver I’ve taken two days off unpaid leave thinking they would arrive and nothing! Escalation after escalation and nothing is ever done. I am absolutely fed up! And advise you do not order from this company! Liars total waste of time. Three weeks it took me after two whole hours of waiting every time they cut my call off. I spoke to the branch manager and she just submits a request form for the team to call us they promise a loan sofa and never actually deliver. So rubbish my kids have been sitting on the floor for 4 months now! Ridiculous! Avoid this company or you’ll be chasing what you own and be left with wasted time!

If you want to wait months on end for a sofa from sofology that will probably arrive in your dreams then this is just the place! I ordered in June and now it’s November! And no sign of my order no communication. Today my loan sofas that sofology promised were meant to come today I waited all day and what do we get no communication no sofas! I called last week and the week before to stay on a line for a hour and half!!! How ridiculous! I’ve moved into a new home with no sofas that were meant to arrive in September!!!!! Worse experience and would never recommend!!
