I dislike the fact that I was quoted…
I dislike the fact that I was quoted numbers that didn't reflect what the airline actually charged and the instead of charging me according to the fare, numbers were inflated to keep the delta fare rate when Southwest was 300 plus cheaper. Rather than share the real fare, I was quoted 300 above the amount Southwest Charged and Altostravel pocketed the extra,

Best pricing from 10 discount sites for my multi-city flight. Great customer service when I needed help to transfer my booking number to the airline website so it appears on my app, even late on a Saturday night. Will use again.

Prompt, friendly service!
I always had prompt, friendly service when I had questions about my tickets. I also had a bit of a hiccup with my credit card, and Altos kindly held my reservation while I straightened it out with the bank. I am very happy to have found this great service!

About an hour after I booked my flight
About an hour after I booked my flight, Altos customer service called to tell me that Delta was no longer offering discounted priced tickets to them and they had rebooked me with Southwest. The flight was much earlier in the morning than I wanted since we live 4 hours from the departing airport. He was very accomodating in finding me flights that didn't have us leaving too early or getting back into that same airport too late. And the tickets ended up being cheaper.

My service agent Perez was great
My service agent Perez was great. I was disappointed I could not get the first airline tickets through Delta. Perez went to work to get us a round trip ticket for the same cost from DTW to Miami and we now have tickets through Southwest that met are time schedule the trips have one stop but we should be fine. Keep up the good work.
