Service was quick
Service was quick, i was able rebook after misssing my first appointment easily enough. I found choice in flower very restricted as they tell you what you can buy from pharmacy and that is all you can purchase but product is good and has been very good quality. The pharmacy itself that they use has a plethora of products

Just had my consultation with Uma, she was friendly and professional and took time to explain things in detail.
Am yet to speak to the doctor for a prescription but so far the service has been fantastic.

Royal mail have been an absolute disaster delivering my meds. Should’ve been delivered Saturday, then yesterday, then today. Just opened an email from them saying “as arranged TOMORROW”
I agreed to no such thing.
Their complaints system is impenetrable.
Could you please chase them
Up and find out what’s going on. NEVER had this sort of trouble with Releaf. If this happens again o will seriously consider going elsewhere. Absolute farce. Said street was “inaccessible” on Saturday. Not true, we were home all day. Said “tried to deliver unsuccessfully” yesterday. Wife was home ALL day. Nor was a we missed you card left. Please sort asap or I’m done
