I am still waiting for my prescription so cannot give a proper review, it's been 12 days since I had my appointment and still not received anything .Mr James Munro

I’m still a little shocked that I’m actually going to get the help and support that I need from you all. This has been a massive step for me, along with coming to terms with my conditions and how they affect my day to day and year to year. Roll on 2027!

I was the main person who had to make the phonecalls etc

I have been with Alternaleaf for a number of years and have found their care to be highly professional. The regular reviews have ensured that my selection of cannabis products keeps me pain-free and at the same time reducing my other symptoms. They have a streamlined repeat medication process which makes ordering easy.

Worst thing I have ever done…..

I have been a medical cannabis patient for 3 years, I kept seeing an ad for alternaleaf and all comments mentioned my current clinic and how great alternaleaf were in comparison so I made an appointment
I had my consultation and I was told a prescription was issued and I’d receive a link in 3-4 days to pay for it, and to request a discharge letter from my old clinic
The following day I got an email asking for another copy of medical history. I replied straight away with this,
4 days went by - nothing, so I sent an email asking for another update, another 4 days went by and no response so I called; I was met with a message saying press 2 and someone will call you back,
Nobody called back
The following day I called and this time sat on hold, where I was told that there was no record of my emails, I sent them again and it was confirmed that they had been received, I was told that it would now be 3-4 working days,
4 working days later nothing so I called again this time i was told it had been escalated and would be dealt with in 24 hours, 24 hours later I called again and was told it would be sorted by Wednesday, It’s now Thursday and as you may have guessed - nothing!
I tried calling but cannot get through it rings then gets cut off,
So I message their support agent through the ai chat- and was told it was been escalated and will be dealt with in ….. 3-4 working days 😂😂😂
17 working days have passed since I was told 3-4 working days, and everytime I enquire or call this 3-4 working days timer seems to reset,
I don’t believe a word that any member of staff tells me at this point!
Judging by the reviews by the time I do receive a link it will all be out of stock and we’ll be back to square 1! 😡😡

I have been left with no clinic and no medication due to this complete incompetence and nobody seems interested in doing anything to help, my treatment is derailed, my sleep pattern messed up and is causing me unbelievable stress

They have the cheek to do take subscription fee from my bank, and are refusing to refund this

I also think it’s worth pointing out that every issue I had with releaf was sorted out within 24 hours and compensation/discount applied to my account, here you get nothing other than a veiled apology

AVOID at all costs
I have been forced to now make appointments with multiple other clinics to try get my treatment back on track and being completely in limbo is extremely frustrating and causing me even more problems

Whenever a review is due they have no appointments.
There is no one to speak with just AI rubbish.
Given you want a prescription to be repeated as necessary there is no regard for that with this company.
Dont bother.

no care. A strain you've chosen and is prescribed to you can go out of stock even when its been reserved for you specifically. you then need to wait on a call for 50 minutes to get it sorted. There is no system to switch medication when they sell the medication that's meant to be yours. Then it takes up to 3 days to get re-approved before you can order. They don't fast track the approval because they wrongly sold your medication. Nope, back of the line.

Alternaleaf/Montu do not care if their mistakes/slow responses mess up your medication and it means you are left without any. No one cares one bit.

No one gets back to you quickly and everything takes days. If you don't like waiting constantly please choose a different clinic.

I am so so disgusted by how I've been treated. PLEASE look for a different clinic. I only lasted 2 months

Easy process, good customer care and great products.

Easy to apply and share GP information. Very quick appointments and very helpful and friendly. Great service.

Been with Alternaleaf for a year now.
They or their procedures have left me without medication more than once and again currently.
They insist you have a review every 6 months and will put a hold on your prescription until they can fit you in for an appointment. This time its a two week wait for an appointment.
Plus another 3 days for the prescription to get to the pharmacy.
Then they never have the same stock in month to month, so if you find something that works well for you it won't be available next month.
Alternaleaf is a great idea but it does not worry itself about leaving you with no meds.

I’ll be honest, Alternaleaf up to this point have been good, no real issues. Some of the meds have no terpes and are well over priced for the quality. I’m due to order my medication tomorrow, it lasts me exactly the right time. I received an email today telling me I’m due a review and I can’t order until this is done - first appointment is the 5th November. I mean I’m no expert but I’ve never heard of Doctors withholding medication for two weeks, especially when the patient has already been using it for nearly a year. I don’t feel the response I got was at all helpful, as a patient I should feel like I’m being supported. I was basically told quite bluntly that I can’t order or be helped at all even though this is something out of my control. I will now be forced into finding other alternatives and more to the point a new company as I won’t wait for this amount of time without medication. *Update - Alternaleaf have been in contact and helped find an appointment for early next week. I’m changing my review to reflect the service they have provided as up until now I have found everyone very helpful. I still this the process is flawed but you can’t knock people who are trying to help*. Review changed from 1 star to 4.

It was an easy process hassle free and so far the quality has been great
