Great service always there for and questions and can understand how we feel

It should be good/great, but sadly it isn't.

Medical staff = a solid 8/10.
Frontline staff = a solid 8/10.
Anything else = good luck.

Every company has processing and operational issues, that's just how things are, however this one is somewhat of a misnomer on service levels unfortunately; this let's them down terribly, and it upsets the whole experience as a patient.

In short, the front end looks very good and confidence inspiring, however the back office is clearly in pieces - see except from 16/10 (statement).

Sorry doesn't cut it in my case I'm afraid - see below.

Fail points:-

I've had no end of trouble with your company e.g. everything has been a chase, calls, emails, raise tickets, wait, wait, wait... = problems with processing, problems with prescriptions, problems with shipment, problems with this that and the other; it's not right or acceptable.

I haven't got the foggiest what, where, or how anything gets done properly or on time there; your processes fall over constantly, I've had sort out why I have duplicated records, dates, appointments, cancelations, and I even had a videocall where neither the doctor or I knew why we were scheduled to talk with each other = honestly, what on Earth?!

Coverage/cross-over:-

I even tried to add another T20/10g to my order this month (only my second order) in case there were problems again, which there are (and I have no faith in you), but this wasn't added, plus as I live in the middle of nowhere and weekend deliveries are hit and miss, I thought this would cover me for any future eventualities, but that didn't work either.

How are patients, especially new ones, who have committed, by contract, not to source anything illicitly, which I have honoured (I wanted reliable medical care and 1:1) supposed to manage, when this is what they end up with?

I came to you under recommendation, but thus far it's been one disappointment after another and a complete stress.

The Dr and the whole were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Very quick results aswell and was able to be medicated this way very quickly. Excellent service

I have had a very positive experience with Alternaleaf. Staff were extremely helpful from the start of the process and throughout. They offered very knowledgeable advice and were happy to answer any questions or queries. The product seems to be of high quality, with a varied selection to choose from. When you need to speak to someone, they're nonexistent.

No one answers their phone. No one works on the chat lines. No one calls back when asked and emails take days for responses.

I have needed to speak to this company 3 separate times, and on all 3 separate occasions I get the same result: no communication or response.

They wanted a 6 month catch up and the only appointments they had were 3 weeks from the current date, so now due to the way it's lined up there is no way to get a prescription until after I have seen them.

Guess what...their Ai chat bot works though.....

Had my initial consultation with Uma today and she was fantastic! She calmed any nerves I had almost instantly with her kind and professional approach. Just awaiting my doctor consultation and hopefully 🙏 I'll be starting my prescription soon.
