Someone ( I wonder who ) has put an update of my bad review an tried to make it look good. Do NOT book with Alpharooms they stole our money we paid in good faith an will not return it. Rubbish company on all accounts.

I was due to go on holiday in June last year which got cancelled due to Covid. I received a credit note stating a cash refund would be processed 1st July 2021 once the 12 months lead time has passed. I have not heard or received a single penny yet and it is October, and I have just spoken to customer service for the 12th time and been told I won't get this refund until December. Absolute shambles of a service.

Désastreux ,injoignable ,non professionnel ;J'avais une réservation Via APHAROMMS pour le 06/10/2021 à l'Hotel ARGANA à AGADIR ;reservation que j'avais bien sur payée et quand je me suis presenté à l'Hotel le 06/04 vers 15h ,ce dernier n'avais reçu aucune reservation !! j'ai essayé de joindre en vain ALPHAROOMS pour clarifier la situation .Rien pas de réponse .On m'a laisser me démerder tout seul et j'ai dû payer sur place une nouveau séjour > de 100 Euro par rapport à ma réservation initiales .Mes nombreux mails ,messages via messenger sont restés sans réponse .Aujourd'hui 11 Octobre 5 jours après mon arrivée je suis toujours sans nouvelle de la part d'ALPHAROOMS.

It’s been 13 months and I still haven’t received a refund for my holiday that was cancelled due to Covid.

They have confirmed I am due a refund. At first they said it would be 3 months, then it’s just be emails that quite frankly are just rubbish.

Despite they are legally required to refund me this money they appear to fob me off.

You have been warned

ASHER was very helpful and explained everything in great detail. He made it so easy for me to book our holiday. We would reccomend booking a holiday with alpha rooms.

Paid for a hotel in 2020, was refused an immediate refund and told had to wait a year, it is now nearly 2 years and still no refund and still waiting for a reply to several emails other than we are dealing with your claim, I recommend and advise all potential customers to stay away from this company, even though I had seen their prices are slightly cheaper than others, it is better to pay more to some company who is there for you and will not, rip you off or hold onto refundable money your money

Hi everyone I just want people to know how Alpharooms is scamming most of their Irish customers at the minute I am just home from a holiday I booked 6 weeks ago with them I paid 1148 euros for accomadation in full at time of booking and arrived at my hotel late at night to be told they had cancelled my booking 1 week before my trip and they had not informed me so I was truly heart broken by this but to rub salt in the wounds I spent 3 to 4 days phoning customer care numbers in Ireland and the UK to which they answered some and then passed the calls on and eventually just hung up on me and all my emails were met with total silence only 1 reply asking me to phone a number I had phoned 6 times already and they hung up again my sister I was only made aware had the same problem and she hounded them we are both based in Ireland 🇮🇪 and when she eventually got tru to them they told her point blank they are only dealing with customers who have a UK address SO please people specially in Ireland beware

ALPHAROOMS FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY

AVOID THIS COMPANY.. On arriving at my Hotel in Mallorca I was informed the booking I made through Alpharooms had been cancelled, After constant phone calls and being given different phone numbers to which no-one answered, I had to find another Hotel and had to pay them directly, My partner is disabled and I have my own medical issues so the stress of it all was unbelievable, I now have to try and claim my money back.. I can only imagine how that is going to go?

Hands down the most dishonest company I have ever booked with. Customer service is non existent and they blatantly lie to you and block emails. As many have said check out the Facebook page there are thousands of people this disgrace of a company have ripped off.

Martin was very helpful and beat the price offered by Booking.com.
He also booked our transfers from the airport, which was very helpful.

We will book with Martin for our next trip.

Do not trust any review that gives more than 1*.
(And they only get that because there is no zero option!)

Quite simply they are frauds, crooks and charlatans, whose directors should be in prison!

I have had mixed experiences with Alpharooms to be honest, however I must say that I was helped enormously today by Asher who managed to amend my booking after my flights were changed. After, at one point, vowing never to use Alpha rooms again, Asher’s helpfulness has changed my mind! Top customer service
