We made two separate bookings for two rooms in the same hotel. We only received booking confirmation for one of the rooms and after reading the recent reviews on trust pilot I was sceptical that the issue would be resolved at the same price. I got through to Vicky and he immediately confirmed that the payment on the second booking hadn't gone through properly and he would honour the price. He was very courteous and helpful. I've booked with alpha rooms several times in the past and will continue do so again.

I was reluctant to ring Alpharooms as i was particularly upset over credit due to me that was still outstanding from my last holiday cancelled due to Covid 19.
Asher was most reassuring from the start and confirmed that the credit could be used against a new booking.Once this was confirmed , he was excellent at finding the right property for me and my family. He also called back as requested and was more than helpful. This has restored my confidence in Alpharooms.

I have just spoken to Deborah who helped me with an existing booking that I regrettably had to cancel due to injury. I phoned knowing that I had missed the cancellation date for a refund but called anyway for advice. Well what can I say, I’m so glad I did as Deborah was very understanding and helpful and offered me a full credit note for a future booking. Well done Alpharooms and thank you Deborah you’ve cheered me up! 😀

Sharon was extremely helpful in sorting out a problem with my booking which I had called several times over. She was able to sort the issue out in around 10 to 15 minutes. Great service!

If I could give this company no stars I would. They are a shambles. Owed nearly 2,000 for a cancelled holiday that they would not refund for 2 years. Ended up taking them to small claims court in the UK to get my money back. Avoid at all costs

Disgraceful company
I have been waiting now nearly 2 years for a refund, I paid in Oct 2019, and @alparooms.com , are back to ignoring my emails. I have been emailing since March and they will not give me my refund for a holiday.
Anyone thinking about using these please don’t,

Arrived at my hotel to be told it was cancelled 30/9, stuck in Gran Canaria with no accommodation, had to pay apartment for one night, trying to contact alpha rooms but no answer and they will not reply to emails. So annoying and frustrating, will have to pay for 10 nights accommodation, be warned they are SCAMMERS

Absolute joke of a company avoid at all costs. I am 18 months now requesting my refund due to COVID. I've got in touch via messenger, email and phone and I just keep getting pawned off. After waiting a year for my refund I was told I would get my refund in march, then June, 5 weeks ago I got in touch again and I was told that week I'd receive my refund it is now October and still nothing. Ryanair refunded them my flight money months ago. Please please please never book with them for your own sake. Their customer service is appaling.

TERRIBLE DISGUSTING COMPANY

ARRIVED IN MALLORCA WITH MY FAMILY AND YOUNG CHILDREN RO FIND OUT ON CHECKIN AT OUR HOTEL THAT OUR ROOM WAS CANCELLED AND NEEDED TO PAY FOR A NEW ROOM.
NO REFUND OR NOTICE GIVEN.

SENT COMPAINT OFF 12 WEEKS AGO AND STILL NOT EVEN HAD A ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.. SURELY THIS COMPANY CANT GET AWAY WITH THIS

Had an issue with credit not being transferred over to my new booking-spoke to Sharon who dealt with my issues quickly and efficiently

Arrived at my hotel 2 days ago to be told it was cancelled 2 days previously. Absolutely no notice given to me. Still waiting for my call back on what I should do. Phone line, email, chat all just say the same, if they get back to you at all, that is it is being looked in to. No offer to find me another hotel or re-book the one I had booked!

They cancelled my booking 2 days after booking made as they couldn't get the same rate and I been told I will get the refund which is not happened yet. after 20 days they ask me to wait another 2 weeks, I have paid £120 extra to get the same room as the price gone up and I am paying interest to my credit card for the money they holding. Do not make your life hell by booking with this company

Great service from Asher. Rang me back when suited to ensure all enquiries fulfilled with ease and explained the process for voucher that i was using etc.

Awful, terrible, scammers, steal your money, don't pay hotel, leave you paying for holiday twice, ignore you, use delayed tactics, put you on hold for ages and if you ring off another phone while on hold they answer the other phone straight away. Holiday very often first time with Alpha rooms very bad disaster ruined holiday, stressed and now trying to get refund had the cheek to charge me 120 euro to modify a booking that didn't exist. Hope no one has to go through this so please be warned stay well clear and get to enjoy your holiday and not end up like we did

I had a little trouble with a booking and panicked when it hadn’t come through but after speaking to Vicky he sorted the problem out very quickly. I’m very satisfied with the level of his customer care and would definitely recommend him.

Please LOOK at the amount of complaints the same as mine. DO NOT BOOK WITH ALPHAROOMS.

APPALLING COMPANY.
SMALL CLAIMS COURT IS THE WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
