I've been a customer for about two years now, and even from the very beginning, they treated me like a valued customer. After two years, they treat me more like family. I've gotten to know each of the providers there very well. Every time I have a consult with one of them, they take their time, even going beyond the scheduled consult time on occasion, to make sure that they completely understand what it is that I need and that I completely understand what they think the solutions are. Working together like that over this length of time has greatly improved my health and given me confidence at 52 years old that I didn't know I would have.

Simple defined process! Switching was one telemedicine call and 2 minutes uploading required forms. The telemedicine provider patiently reviewed my treatment history and goals. I had my medicine in hand 3 days after my appointment. Switching was far easier than I expected.

I’ve been on (TRT) for a while now, and the difference it’s made in how I feel day to day has honestly been significant.
