Never received the item

This website is a SCAM.

I spoke with the customer support before placing the order. The support person send me a sample of how my pendant will look like.

But when I received my order, it was just a normal laminated picture and not even close to what customer representative told me. I have a chat with the representative which include the sample she shared with me if I have to prove it.

Too bad scamming people in their hardest time.

The St. Christopher medal seemed to be made cheaply. The inscription on the back is barely readable. The digital mockup was not accurate. I am so disappointed in the quality of the product I recieved 🙁

I had to make a change and I had ordered it express and was able to talk to an actual person and make the changes with no issues

Very pleased with this company. I've ordered twice from them. The first time was a necklace of my son's thumbprint. And the second time was a bracelet of son's thumbprint. He had recently passed and this was a quality and affordable way for me to have him with me everyday. I wear one of these two pieces of jewelry every single day.

Terrible necklace completely rusted after a few months

The religious medal that I purchased for my son came quickly, and it was beautifully made! He loved it!

First of all, I ordered three lockets two men’s and one female all locket came tarnished. Two of them came broken. One of them didn’t come with the chain. I had to send these locket back four times the photos inside the locket were faded didn’t even fit inside the locket it took me about two months to get these locket back every time I kept sending it back I don’t recommend buying anything from here at all. It was the worst customer service. I never got anything discounted after purchasing these for a gift for my baby that passed away for her siblings and father. It took two months to get back. The worst experience ever worst customer service ever no one ever updated me to let me know how the lockets are going. I had to call every single time so yes if I could give this place zero stars I would I highly do not recommend anyone buying anything from here.

Very expensive learning experience. The order wasn’t complete paid for extra shipping and it didn’t happen. also within 3 days the piece are tarnishing and the necklace I bought you can’t even get the charm on. So horrible $300 mistake purchase. And then to be questioned and asked to send multiple photos of order looking for missing item ? Very unsatisfying purchase and quality

I bought this dog tag with my husband’s and our Great Danes picture after we lost her at 8 yrs old. It came very quickly and he hasn’t taken it off yet. He loves it!!!! I think it’s helping him with the grief of losing her.

This jewelry is very cheap and arrived tarnished. I had to buy a new chain from another jewelry store and try to polish the charm to remove the tarnish. After spending close to $200, I will never purchase from this company again. It was a gift for my mom of my dad's thumbprint and I was honestly embarrassed to give it to her because of the low quality. Sad for people who are mourning their loved ones and just wanted a nice keepsake.
