I ordered a necklace and it was definitely not. The picture I uploaded was nothing like what was sent. The engraving can only be seen by squinting. I do not recommend to my enemies.

Timely customer service but quality n gold braclets are not to impressive.

They sent me the wrong product. I didnt get what I ordered and then only want to give me 10% back for there mistake.

I really loved my necklace with the laser engraved photo but it started to turn pink so quick. For something that expensive it sure lost its silver color and started turning pink. I’ve had cheaper jewelry last way longer

They took a year to refund my money. I returned their product because it was terrible. It was a locket and it got discolored in like 5 days. Make yourself a favor, and never get anything from them.

The lack of respect I’ve been given after calling and emailing dozens of times to get a “refund” and then I still haven’t received said refund is astounding. I truly hate this company and that I hate that I have to keep calling

It first I received the wrong necklace but I called the customer service line and they had me a new out in a week and the return of the old one was no big issue

Truly, the best company I’ve ever worked with. We were looking for something special for my father‘s 80th birthday thought about ID bracelet as he loves to wear bracelets. Started looking for one couldn’t find one anywhere or the ones we did find were thousands of dollars. Came across this company and they had a braided leather bracelet with silver cuffs that could be personalized. Only problem was it only had six cuffs on it we need 10. I called them at 6 PM my time on a Sunday night surprisingly they answered. I asked if it was possible to add more cuffs the lady I spoke with said she thought so but she would have to get back to me. Within 15 minutes, she had called me back and she said if I purchased it that evening, she could get it to me by the end of the week which is when we needed it. It arrived on Wednesday. It was absolutely beautiful. Each cuff was perfectly spelled & they even arranged them in the exact order we’re wanted. We gave it to my stepfather on his birthday and he has not taken it off except for to bathe since. Thank you so much Quality and craftman ship beautiful, customer service out of this world. Would definitely buy from this company again, and refer friends and family.
