Alexa Travel should NOT be allowed to operate. AVOID ALEXA TRAVEL AT ALL COSTS. They are completely untrustworthy and should not be allowed to operate.

I initially bought Economy tickets with extra legroom on Qatar Airways for a long haul flight to Australia. Later, I asked for an upgrade to 'Premium Economy' for more comfort. They sold me a second set of tickets claiming it was an upgrade - but Qatar Airways doesn't even have a Premium Economy class. I ended up paying twice for essentially the same product.

When I tried to get a refund for this blatant mis-sale, they refused.

Worse still, Daniel James repeatedly lied about issuing a partial refund - claiming it had been processed and was on the way. It was never sent. I followed up multiple times, and each time was met with more empty promises and delays.

This is not just poor service - it's deception. They misled me, took more money for nothing and then strung me along with false promises. Do not trust this agency with your money or your travel plans. You will regret it!

They offered me £200 and then offered me £300 to take away my review.

Called me multiple times asking me to take down my review, the call was rude and unprofessional. Do not trust this company.

On Thursday evening I booked a Ryanair flight and paid for it with my credit card..
or at least,I thought I had. No confirmation followed and I phoned Alexa travel who work with Ryanair. I was told no booking had been made. I discovered my internet connection had failed. Mr James at Alexa literally took me by the hand and reorganised the booking whilst prices were soaring at Ryanair (half term and summer programme). He advised me to go to my bank as on line payment had failed and pay direct. Within a couple of hours on Friday our booking had been saved. He then changed our dates slightly to offset price increases.My wife and I are most grateful. That's real service and customer care.Many thanks Mr James and Alexatravel. Patrick Quinn

i paid 300 pound to cancelled my deceased father's flight ticket so my poorly mom can get some money refund as agent promise to pay back to my mom full money back which is 1300.60 pound. however it been 6 months now Alexa travel doesnt refund. Also we have contact them multiple time but keep saying manager are not in ect always have excuses. also i have evidence that i paid 300 pound and emails. so please dont trust this company everyone.

I book a flight to Germany but I wasn't able to make it on the day I booked for so I had to call to cancel or change the day it is was a stressful situation for me but fortunately I was able to speak to Sophia one of the team member she was really helpful to give me advice on what options were there she supported me through out the whole process and to make it easier. Really good support welcome 👍
