An absolutely unforgettable premium holiday experience. Every detail was perfectly curated, from the stunning accommodation to the exceptional service. The atmosphere was peaceful yet luxurious, making it the perfect escape from everyday life. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was flawless. Truly a world-class experience that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking comfort, elegance, and relaxation.

I went to Tunisia 2 months ago And booked again for january today in egypt

Avoid at all costs. SCAM

Avoid at all costs! We booked a flight paying £900 with them in March, on the phone we asked 4 times if it would be fully refundable if we cancelled. We cancelled just several hours after we booked it.

We have an email chain with many promises they will return the £900, and £300 more because they interacted with eDreams to modify our original booking and they would get us a partial refund for the return flight.

I wasn't able to interact with eDreams because Premium Holidays had somehow changed my booking email address with eDreams to Anna.davis8212 at gmail.com.

It's 4 months later and all we have is countless promises that we will be getting our refund soon.

One email says "Sir we already apply the refund from E-dreams. You can get your refund as soon as possible"

The next: "You can get that within next 10 days from E-dreams."

And then this: "As we have already informed you in the previous emails the refund process typically takes 15-16 working days."

I'm guessing they took the refund from eDreams and kept it themselves.

They also mostly use Gmail addresses when contacting us which is highly suspicious.

They're a complete scam!

Absolutely Appalling

Absolutely Appalling – Avoid at All Costs!

This has been, hands down, the worst experience I’ve ever had booking a holiday. From start to finish, this broker has been utterly incompetent and shockingly unprofessional.

Firstly, I booked and paid for an 8-day holiday – only to later discover it had been shortened to 5 days with no explanation, no refund, and no compensation. That alone is bad enough, but it only went downhill from there.

They took full payment before they even secured our flights. This caused massive issues when they suddenly couldn’t get us on flights for the original dates. I was told to wait 24 hours while they “sorted it” – only to be offered limited, unsuitable options that meant the trip was shortened to 6 days.

Just two days before departure, I tried to check in using my booking reference and found the flights didn’t exist. When I contacted the broker, they casually said the flights had been cancelled and replaced with a later time—causing us to lose yet another day. I explained that a night flight wasn’t possible with two babies and was met with zero sympathy and no attempt to help. Their only response? “There’s nothing I can do.” Had I not called, I wouldn’t have even known the flight had changed.

To make matters worse, when I contacted the airline directly, they confirmed nothing had been cancelled — the flight was simply fully booked. So either the broker lied or they are completely clueless. Either way, it’s totally unacceptable.

Their customer service is disgraceful. When they don’t know what to say, they mute the call, leave you waiting, then come back with weak excuses like “the phone lines are down.” It’s an obvious attempt to avoid accountability and leave customers completely in the dark.

As for compensation, it’s been just as dishonest. They promised £200 for the flight issues and the stress caused by their lack of communication. They have repeatedly asked me to remove my negative review before they pay the compensation – which I did – and still, nothing has been paid. It has now been over a month, and every time I chase it up, I’m told the same scripted line: “It will be paid in 3–7 working days.” I’ve messaged multiple times, and now they’re simply ignoring me completely.

This entire experience has been stressful, chaotic, and deeply frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. If you value your money, time, or sanity — do not book with them. I will never use them again, and I strongly urge others to avoid them at all costs.

Brad is the best 👍

Wow! You won’t believe what happened! My husband missed his flight, and then Brad came to the rescue with the most amazing non-return flight! He was incredibly patient and understanding, especially while I was feeling so stressed. It was like having a calm beacon in the chaos! He kept reassuring me to stay patient as he navigated through the booking process. I honestly can't believe how fantastic he was—what a valuable asset to the company!

Wanted to say a huge thanks to Nancy and whole premium holidays team for the patience and help with the issues I have occurred before departure of my holidays. Their dedication and hard work, patience and understanding went a long way and made our family very happy and valued. Would highly recommend it for your future holidays!

Avoid this company like the plague!!

Avoid this company like the plague!!! They will charge you for all the extras and not provide anything. The only way to describe this company is fraudulent. When you ask to be able to sign into your flights they tell you they won’t give out the email address used. We have reported them to ABTA, Ryanair and Loveholidays who have all opened security cases.
