Recently my mother was stuck at the Nairobi airport because of the chaos and the strike in the country, It was a nightmare but one of the agents of Alexa Travel named Kevin helped us alot. Not a good company
Not a good company! they try to scam you out of more money after you have paid for your tickets. Avoid at all costs and use a reputable company. Ignore positive reviews as they are not legitimate. Thankfully our credit company helped and we are ok but others are not so lucky and end up losing so much money to these scam artists!
