Applied for remortgage with when the bank says no. From start to finish they couldn’t be helpful enough. Mine was quite complex and didn’t think I would be able to achieve my goal but we got there! I would like to say a special thankyou to Ashley and Beckie who were both brilliant and went above and beyond to help me get my remortgage. Thanks again appreciate it so much

I want to start by thanking Rachel and Richard for the time and effort they have put in to sorting my remortgage out. 12 months ago I was told by another broker to sell my house there's nothing they can do. No one will give you a remortgage. Come back to us in 12 months. After nearly giving up I come across WHEN THE BANK SAYS NO. They have helped me massively. I can not thank them enough. I'm very grateful to When the Bank Says No because as a self-employed person it was hard for me to get a mortgage and I had tried two brokers already. Ashley, Sam and the rest of the team were very helpful and stayed in touch throughout the conveyancing process to make sure everything went smoothly. Without them I would not have been able to buy the home I did so I'm very pleased that I found them.
