My wife and I wanted a pair of matching diamond encrusted eternity rings. Our experience at Alan Bick was very positive. We were able to talk through our design ideas and budget without any pressure or "hard sell." The whole experience was very relaxed and friendly. The rings were made to order and are of incredible quality. Even better than we had imagined. The whole buying experience was just perfect.

Meir was absolutely fantastic and gave me some guidance on the ring. It arrived yesterday, as promised, and to say WOW! doesn't seem enough, it's absolutely gorgeous. The quality of the band and stones is amazing. I am very pleased and cannot praise Meir and the staff enough. My wife and i have been using Alan Bick jewellers for 15 years, Alan made my wife's engagement ring after i went into his office, with my picture of an emerald cut ring and idea of a budget all those years ago. He made a most beautiful ring and still my wife gets compliments on it. He went on to make our wedding bands also. We still only go to Alan but deal with Matt Bick. He has made a snowman diamond necklace and recently a platinum and diamond tennis bracelet, all stunning and affordable. Not only did Matt entirely understand what we wanted, the speed at which he delivered an incredible product was quite frankly amazing. Once again Matt was incredible. Through several phone calls, Matt sourced Exactly what we wanted and sent it via a next day courier in order that my wife could wear it to a very special occasion.

Needless to say the rings look incredible, my wife is over the moon, and I cannot recommend Matts manner in the way that he delivers on everything he says. He is a fantastic person and I wouldn't hesitate to send my loved ones to him as I know they would be in excellent hands.

Following the passing of my Dad, Abbie was wonderful in helping with a pair of cufflinks. She went over and beyond checking whether they were the gem that my Dad thought they were. Unfortunately, they were not, but Abbie gave me the news with understanding and support knowing that I was still very emotional.
She reshaped a ring for me at the same time and didn't charge me, thank you so much.
If ever I am in the fortunate position to want a piece of jewellery, I would use Alan Bick without a thought.

The service provided by Matt Bick was exceptional! Very knowledgable and I had an idea in my head of how I wanted my fiancés engagement ring to look like and he blew it out the park, exceeded my expectations.
