We’ve had multiple excellent experiences at Alan Bick over the years. They are very much our go-to jewellers - from my engagement ring, to our wedding bands, and now, twelve years later, my eternity ring, with some fantastic extra pieces along the way!

What has always stood out is how professional yet personal the whole experience feels. Matt has looked after us for most of our appointments and somehow always manages to make us feel remembered, no matter how much time has passed between visits.

Everything has always been dealt with quickly and efficiently, including resizing and repairs over the years. They’re also incredibly easy to contact and I’ve never had to wait long for an appointment.

It’s rare to find somewhere that combines such a high level of service and expertise with such a genuinely personal feel. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Finally took the plunge and after multiple recommendations paid a visit to Alan Bick.

Service is professional and personal. No “hard sell” - they genuinely want you to select the perfect ring for your plans.

Went back today to choose matching wedding band.

The whole process start to finish has been fantastic. Matt had no problem in coming to meet us to show the selection available and made some very helpful suggestions on design. Great communication during the manufacturing phase right up to delivery. We had loads of updates and a very reasonable timeline. We’re already are looking forward to getting our bands made.

​Had a problem with a previous purchase , was sent a pre-paid envelope to return it for evaluation. I contacted Allan with regards to the outcome and was told the item would be restored at no cost, no quibble, just good old fashioned customer service.
