SCAM.

Ordered five weeks ago. FIVE. still no item, response, or anything. POS

I ordered my product in November and I have yet to receive it. I was offered a 40% refund today but still don’t have a tracking number or a clear idea as to when it will be received.

Aren’t there laws about this kind of thing? Their website boasts 5 day delivery for orders in the US, it’s been nearly a month. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

SCAMMERS! I ordered 2 pillows Nov 16......they STILL don't have any updates (as of Dec 18). I've emailed the company numerous times....... They even sent me a coupon. 😂😂 Run far, far away! Don't lose out on $200 like we did!

I purchased a pillow on 12/8 and on 12/10 received an email saying it was on the way. I received emails telling me a quality control was being done, then another email saying it was being removed from the warehouse shelf to be packed (wait - you said it was on the way...) More emails: It went thru a 2nd quality control on 12/12, packed and prepared on 12/13, waiting for pick up 12/14, and 12/16 still waiting and "complete your order" while you're waiting with another product to sell me. JS Express is the shipper, never heard of them. This is a scam! Don't waste your money!

Ordered NOV21. It is now DEC 16 and no delivery. Emails with the company claim the order is delayed. The product is assigned to a 4th rate shipping company "4PX", and has been delayed since it was received from the company with no update listed on their shipping site using my tracking number. Company offered me a 10% discount code to use on my next purchase. Do not buy from this chinese company. I doubt I will ever see the pillow.

UPDATE: My stuff took just over 7 weeks to arrive from the day I placed the order. I think the quality of everything is really good: the pillow, pillow case, and knee pillow. The eye mask is ok - it isn’t a weighted eye mask. I have been using it for 2-3 weeks. When I lay on my back, the pillow does feel like it takes the weight off my shoulders/neck - I am not able to sleep a whole night this way. I will wake up due to something still relaxing in my throat (OSA), unless I angle my head to one side or turn on my side. Aside from the lack of transparency on shipping timeline and accurate shipping updates, it does seem like a good product. I changed my review from one star to three. For those debating on purchasing, I think there are other sellers to checkout for this pillow or similar products - perhaps their processes are better.

I ordered my pillow Nov 24th and it still hasn’t arrived. I was getting email updates until the quality check. I never received an expected arrival date just a number of arrival days “receive forecast” which keeps getting extended. My inquiries also were responded to with it being in transit and there was a “major USPS delay”. I am not seeing where I can leave a review on their site, etc. to warn others, but it is feeling like a total scam. I see ONE person in this thread that claims to have received their pillow but it took some time (HOW LONG did it take?!). Has anyone else actually received their pillow, and how long did it take?

I feel like I should have just stuck with something on Amazon as I am leaving in 3 days for a month, so won’t even get to try it out and will need to coordinate w/a friend to grab the package, assuming it actually arrives. So frustrating.

Ordered Nov 14th, have had no tracking update since then…still says preparing for shipment. I emailed twice and they keep giving me fake dates that it will arrive and said there has been a major delay. Now after reading these reviews…i fear i have been scammed.

I ordered my pillow on 11/19. The latest tracking information is from 11/29 and it is now 12/13. The tracking information does not indicate whether my pillow has even shipped yet. DO NOT ORDER THIS PILLOW unless you have money to throw away.

Total scam. I ordered the pillow Nov 21 and its 12/11 and still don't have the pillow. I am initiating a dispute for the charge with my bank right now. I emailed Airway Technology, if that's their real name, and they said there was a "major" delay in USPS. Yea, right! BS! Don't order from this so called company. Black hole for your money.

My experience with ordering a pillow from this company was that they took my money and I got no pillow. I received a flurry of emails at first about the pillow being picked from the shelf, packaged etc then nothing. I began to inquire about status and got a response about needing the order number which I had provided in the subject line and also the body of my email when I inquired about order and delivery status. They were stalling. I am going to initiate a charge dispute with my credit card company because this is clearly a scam company. I wish I had checked with Trust Pilot before I ordered.

Total Scam! Just keeps asking me for my order number but never any follow through. Disappointing.

Over one month and no pillow. Just claims about delays from 3 different people. One person told me the 30% discount for the delay was for another customer. One lie after another. Do not buy from this Chinese company pretending to be local.

Bought this pillow from what appeared to be a US company and now see my pillow is still “being shipped” and it’s still in China. It’s been over 2 weeks and they gave the nerve to continue sending me sales pitch emails to buy more crap from them. Not sure, but I think this is a scam

Complained enough and they finally sent me a refund a month later

I absolutely love my new pillow! I had to wait awhile for it, but it was totally worth the wait. I have cervical spine issues/pain, as well as having sleep apnea, so I feel like I have tried every single pillow under the sun. So far, this is the best pillow I have found! I am sleeping better, with less neck pain and decreased snoring. I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone!

Does this company even exist? You think you are buying a $100 therapeutic pillow from the states (Alabama). Then after you place the order you receive emails every day about the product's delicate movement through the "system" but never does it tell you that it has even shipped. Then after 10 business days of no emails. You find out the product is still in China.
There guarantee was 3-5 business days until receipt.
All my emails have gone unanswered. But I still see the package is sitting in some warehouse in Nancheng, China 2 weeks later. Very frustrating.

This is a dropship company that imports products from overseas, but they NEVER ARRIVE. They string you along with endless email messages asking for more details about "your problem" but never give any support. The product does not arrive, and then they offer a discount rather than a refund. TOTAL SCAM! Run far away from this company.
