I placed my order Nov 24th and it is now January 10th. I have NOT received any product, I have exchanged several emails with excuses and promises until I requested a full refund (because the shipping # I was provided can not be found). Since, that request no one has responded.

They claim 3-5 days shipping. For tracking they send you to the Shop App which does a poor to horrible job, if at all tracking things. When I asked Airway where my order was they couldn't tell me. They asked for my email address (they had just sent an email to me), they asked for my name which was on the email they had sent to me, and they asked for the order number that was already sent to them. I point blank told them they had that info already and this was a scam. "Due to a recent system update, all order information was reset for security purposes." They offered to either monitor the order haha!!! translates to "do nothing" or they would do a full refund immediately. The other scammy part was they charged the card at the time of order. Usually companies run the charge when the order gets delivered. They did not do an immediate refund so I disputed the charge with my credit card company and copied the email where they said immediate refund lol. I got my charge reversed right away and now the bank can deal with these sleazebags. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I'll check into Sleep Number or any other legitimate STORE.
Believe company is a scam.
It's been almost a month. Got many emails with promises that package was in transit. Also promises for partial discount because of the delay. Nothing has happened. They got the money the day of order from my card.

Buyers BEWARE! Its been over a month and order has not arrived. I have asked twice to faciltiate return and receive a credit, as I no longer need the pillow but they do not seem to comprehend that they failed to get product to me in a timely manner so I no longer need it. They have blamed USPS. I am the spouse of former USPS employee so that did not go over well here. They keep ingnoring my request to cancel and refund order and simply ask for more patience. Feels Like I am not talking to a human but even A.I. would understand I want a refund and a return at this point. Looking for ways to report them elsewhere.

Order placed on 11/29 and still no product almost seven weeks later. Communication with the company is clearly being managed by a barely competent AI that talks in circles. The AI has offered a full refund multiple times, but each time I accept the offer and request a full refund I get a response rescinding the offer. This has happened half a dozen times. I have zero faith that I will ever see a product or receive a refund. I have contested the charge with my credit card company.
SCAM - Takes Your Money and Never Sends Anything
This is a scam company with effective advertising which claimed to be in Alabama. Ordered sleep apnea pillows on 11/28. Site stated order should arrive in 3-5 days. Received multiple e-mails: 11/29 order confirmed and stating order is on the way, 12/01 some items of your order are on the way (tracking number said in transit from Fan Sheng China, shipping label created awaiting item - this has never updated), 12/03 Order is being quality checked, 12/04 Order Passed check and is being packed, 12/05 order is ready to go awaiting pickup at the warehouse, 12/06 email from founder Daniel stating estimated delivery of order will be delayed 3-4 weeks due to overwhelming response to Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales and small fulfillment team but is absolutely on the way and offer for 20% off another order, 12/15 offer for 15% off another order, 12/16 order is still on the way, 12/18 order is still in transit with USPS and is not lost and should arrive within the next few business days, 12/21 order is still delayed and offer for 10% off another order, 12/27 offer for 20% off another order, 1/06 system was reset please provide order number and email address (stalling again, it was in the email sent along with copy of receipt). It is January 7 and still no package received. Contacted the company several times about non-fulfillment of order and just got the runaround. Refund was requested and not received to date. Disputing charge. Do not order from this scam company which takes your money and never sends the order and keeps trying to get more money out of you by sending discount offers to make more purchases of nothing.

Still haven't received the order, which was made 11/28. Nor have I received a response to my inquiry and demand for refund. This company is a scam company. DON'T trust them! DON'T order from them!
I am really pleased with my Airway Pro…
I am really pleased with my Airway Pro sleep apnea pillow. From the very first night, I fell asleep faster, no gasping for air (my wife can attest to that), I slept through the night, I had dreams that I can remember and I woke up refreshed. Before this pillow, I woke up every morning tired and angry. I love this pillow.

SCAM
As nearly all the other reviews state, this company is a scam. They also use bots for customer service emails, so attempting to reach out to problem solve the shipments that never arrive is an exercise in frustration. I was offered a 40% refund, and a 50% refund, and also 10% off my next order, and EVENTUALLY received 100% refund after going in circles for weeks. Immediately after receiving the 100% refund, I got another email offering me a 40% refund for my troubles .... 40% off what? You will never receive a pillow, do not buy.

Something is off about this whole experience - ordered 11/19, received 12/29/25 - after many emails notifying me that order was “in process”and “being inspected”.
The pillow is a thin piece of foam with a non-removable cover. Definitely not worth the money!
Terrible product and service
The pillow took three weeks to arrive, is rock hard and hurts my head, and after 12 weeks total I still have not received a full refund.

I ordered on Nov 13th and paid for 5 day shipping. It is now 12/29 and pillow has not moved. They claim a “delay” which is bs. Offered a 15% refund - absolutely not. This is absolutely a scam.
Very poor communication and service - no pillow received
I ordered a sleep apnea pillow from Airway Technology 6 weeks ago and haven’t received it yet. At first, I received emails saying it was in ‘quality control’, then that it was ‘being prepared for shipment’. An e-mail on December 8th stated that it would be delivered in ‘a few business days’, but I still have not received the pillow as of December 29th. I have requested a refund (haven’t heard back from them yet). I would not recommend buying from this company.

I ordered this product as a Christmas gift for my husband. This company appeared to be US based. The day after I ordered, I received an email stating that it was “in transit” the day after I received an email that my package was getting ready for shipment and being checked for quality. Weird. For some reason I received two sets of tracking numbers- one US based and one from China. One says the package hasn’t moved since 12/8, one since 12/11. I emailed the company after a week of no updates asking why it’s being shipped from china and to provide accurate tracking. They told me that they purchase “parts” from China which doesn’t not explain what I was experiencing. I went back and forth via email from 12/20-12/25 calling out the refund policy listed on their website and requesting a refund. They insisted on a 50% refund and expedited shipping on another pillow which I declined multiple times. Their refund policy states 100% refund. On 12/25 they agree that it qualifies as lost, on 12/26 they issue a refund. On 12/27 I get an email that it’s not lost and provided a new tracking number stating which still says it hasn’t moved since 12/11. I respond back asking what they are talking about? We have been going back and forth for over a week and they agreed in writing that it qualified as lost. Another customer service rep responds that I was right and would be refunded. I didn’t even bother responding as I was already refunded. What a scam.

This was ordered beginning of November. This was for a family member who has sleep apnea. Im a RN thinking this may help but this company has sent email after email with no update as to when the product would be received. After multiple emails, they said they refunded my money WITHOUT me even requesting one.They just took it upon themselves to do so like some backward illegitimate company. Profoundly disappointed.
