love the designs, very frustrating that they dont regularly restock products that are popular like pretty pink colors or even nursing vests. wish they had more essentials

If I could give the flared scrubs 0 stars I would. Poor fit and unhelpful customer service regarding my issues with the sizing and then issues with having to postage costs to return the item.

Great scrubs! Have tried a few different brands since moving to Australia and these are the best fitting and most comfortable. Great value!

Would leave negative stars if I could. The sizing is absolutely atrocious - I usually wear Medium bottoms, would have had to get an XL to fit into these. Please be mindful that if you have to return the products a second time, they can’t give a full refund and you have to pay for the return shipping . After I told them that I was extremely unhappy with their products and would never shop there again, they had the nerve to subscribe me to their email. Given that there is no physical store to try on their products, this is an awful policy.

Great quality, comfort and aesthetic. For a great price.
Pants were on the tighter/small side in certain areas but I think that was down to the style I chose.

What a brilliant shopping experience, I placed my order on Saturday afternoon for my new bag and received it Tuesday afternoon. I am considering buying the lunch bag too. If only there were a few bigger size mens scrubs. But thank you Airmed

I am very unhappy with my recent purchase from Airmed Scrub. Photos looking good from their online pages but I was very disappointed with the actual quality. Material feels cheap and thin. They are not true to size at all so can't trust their products. Wrinkle prone fabric, really not suitable for nursing work. They have very unfair refund policy. Customer support not even reading emails properly. Ectremely careless.

Bought a pair scrubs from airmed, unfortunately the size chart on the website is not accurate. The bottoms came up too small and after paying 10 dollars to exchange for a larger pair they still were too small around the bum and legs and not appropriate for work. I had held onto the top in the hopes that the bottoms could work however once I had sized up and the fit was still bad I returned them both, paying another 10 dollars to return them.

Since it had been beyond 14 days from the return and one of them was an exchanged item they refused to pay to the original payment method and only sent a gift card. Despite having explained to them their scrubs don't work for my body type and therefore would not be re-purchasing any of their other items they were adamant about only being able to give a gift card (which I obviously wont be using).

Incredibly disappointing customer service and money making as the scrubs are in re-sellable condition and they are aware that I wont be using their gift card.

Bought the underscrub, v-neck top and flared pants. I tried emailing Airmed support team but was met with a default automated message from their AI system and when I tried reaching out to a person I had the same response regarding some assistance with the sizing. Both email threads advised me to stick to the sizing chart offered however the measurements were irregular. Then I was recommended to use the sizing calculator to find the “perfect size” which is what I used originally but because I have never been a large in my life I reached out to support for help. In the end, as I couldn’t help but trust the size charting (every company may have different measurements for different sizes so what could I do?) I ended up getting the size large which was undoubtedly too large. Disappointed that I either have to pay more for shipping to exchange or keep it and not be able to use it. This would have been avoided if the customer support was more helpful or their sizing chart would be better regulated.

Otherwise, the under scrub and pants fit nicely.

Note: I did contact customer support about my frustration with how unreliable the charts were and how I have to spend extra money to exchange it or keep it because of the sizing chart and calculator but I have not received a response since that day.

Products are excellent with good pricing and delivery was very fast. Would be great if petite scrub tops are also available.

I’ve bought quite a few of the airmed scrub tops and pants now and they’re honestly my favourite brand. They are so stretchy and comfy but are also very flattering. I’m a size 16 and 5ft9 and buy 2xl tops and 2xl tall bottoms.

I recently purchased the midnight blue men's scrub joggers and v-neck from Airmed, and I'm extremely pleased with the quality and fit. The fabric feels durable and comfortable, making long shifts much more bearable. However, I do wish there were more pockets on both the shirt and pants to make them more functional during busy days.

One downside I've encountered is that popular sizes and colors are frequently out of stock, particularly in medium. It's frustrating to see that while common sizes are always sold out, larger sizes like XXXXL are consistently available.

While the scrubs aren't cheap, I believe the quality justifies the cost, and the delivery times have been consistently good, which is a plus.

Overall, I'd recommend Airmed for their high-quality scrubs, but I hope they work on improving stock availability in the future.
