Was not aware that this mask came with a quiet vent as it wasn’t in the description. Also not aware that this vent would need to be replaced every month or so ( another added cost)

No return .. no refund ..
Stuck with something that was useless ... understand the reasons for no return, but was touched for 2 minutes then placed back in wrapping ... ended up wasting $79 dollars...

This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers, as these are personal medical products that cannot be resold once the sealed packaging has been opened. We only ever sell brand-new, factory-sealed products and we take these standards very seriously.
That said, we absolutely do not want you to feel like this is the end of the road.
