My scrub pants were far too small, to the point that I couldn't put them on, despite having measured myself and ordered according to the size guide on the website. I had to exchange for a larger size and the fit was still off. They refused to cover return shipping costs even though their sizing guides are totally misleading. Would not recommend.

Terrible exchange policy . Poor communication when wanting to speak to a member of the team never heard back . Sizing isn’t consistent

These scrubs are buttery soft and so comfy! The delivery process was so smooth and they arrived super quickly. The only thing is i wish they were able to be tumble dried so i could quickly wash them between shifts. Otherwise i’m so happy with my purchase :)

Love the flared scrub pants. Had to size up from my normal size due to being pregnant and there only being jogger style maternity pants (which aren’t the best to wearing knee high compression socks).

The sizing seems to be very small. I order the same size everywhere I go. When my order arrived it was so small and disappointing regarding that issue. I have sent back my order for larger sizes which is a shame. I am desperate for my order as I am doing placement in a few days

I purchased my scrub pants after a recommendation from a friend. I bought the jogger pants and they are the most comfortable scrubs I have ever bought. I was really impressed with the true to size sizing and found it really easy just to measure myself and match with the sizing guide. I also found that the delivery time was exceptional. My first lot arrived within three days and the second lot within two days. I cannot fault the customer service.

Really really disappointed which I heard was a well known scrubs company but people who want to buy through them should be aware of there policies. I ordered a pair of scrubs which when received i realised that size was smaller than normal Australian sizes 12 and 14 medium or large. I paid postage 10 dollars to get them. As size was very tight for me I requested an exchange for a larger size top and pants and in that communication nobody informed me that we won’t refund after 2nd exchange. I thought large size would fit me okay but the fitting from arms was still tight whereas rest of the fitting was fine. The set costed me 100 dollars plus postage. When I received the 2nd time even then fitting wasn’t right. When I requested refund because their fitting is not working for me, I again paid postage 2nd time to return , the company sends me back a gift card to re use it. I requested refund only many times and the team responded so rudely and sent me the policy paper in return. And told me they gave me a refund in good faith. I didn’t understand if their scrubs didn’t fit me twice , when and where should I use that gift card. Because I don’t think I want to order from them again. And the only thing this company sells is scrubs. I think it’s an absolute rip off and unfair. It’s not about 100 dollars but it’s about fair dealing for every cent a customer spend. So I would say before you buy from this company be mindful of their return policies

Nice materials, beautiful colours, but small sizing. NNT scrubs I’m usually M-L in women’s scrubs, after checking airmed size chart I bought XL in airmed scrub pants and probably should have gone the 2XL. The XL fits but are snug.

The quality of the pants is amazing, stretchy fabric and dries quick! Didn’t take long to arrive.

The worst customer service ever. They keep sending the Ai reply. The size is not correct. Very complicated process to return. It is not recommended

Love my scrubs- great choice of colours, comfy, and lots of pockets! The only thing is during sales you sometimes can't get matching pants and tops in your size. Love my matching scunchies though!

I am happy to support an Australian, Melbourne-based company! The scrubs are stylish and fit well, the fabric is excellent, just the right amount of stretch. My order came so quickly and it was right on Christmas too, I needed them in a hurry so I was very happy!

I have been wearing Airmed Scrubs for quite some time. I love them.

I was just disappointed that in this day and age you can have a certain colour for women but not for men! Not sure how that works in this society.
I am referring to the Mint colour Scrub tops. I was looking forward to wearing this colour.

Hope you rectify this issue soon.

The sizing has changed, I took a chance on the flares but even the Medium which is a size up is the same size as my current size Small in the Airmed joggers, and contrary to the reviews stating the flares were extra long, I ordered the petite length (I’m 165cm) but they only came to my ankles.
Maybe adding an update about the sizing would be helpful for future customers.
I got a full refund and purchased from another company I know has consistent sizing.
