The scrubs i bought recently are not as good quality, fit or feelbthe same compared to the scrubs from 5yrs ago.

I absolutely love my Airmed scrubs in the Dragonfruit colour! The colour is so vibrant and flattering—it really stands out and brightens up my workday.
I purchased the flare pants and found I needed to size up from my usual XS to a S for the perfect fit, so I’d definitely recommend sizing up if you’re considering buying these. The fit is so comfortable, and the flare style is incredibly flattering.
I also bought the one-pocket scrub top, and it’s honestly one of the most flattering scrub tops I’ve owned. It has a really nice tailored fit without feeling restrictive, and it looks so much more stylish than traditional scrubs.
The fabric is comfortable, the quality feels excellent, and I received so many compliments the first time I wore them. I’m so happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering more colours in the future. Highly recommend Airmed to anyone looking for scrubs that are both functional and flattering!

I purchased the optional Free Returns package because I anticipated I might need to exchange sizes. However, it was surprisingly difficult to find clear information about the package’s terms and conditions, especially since the company generally doesn’t offer free returns. After eventually locating the information, I proceeded with my purchase.

Unfortunately, the item I ordered didn’t fit, so I initiated an exchange. I was initially told by customer service that I would need to pay for the return postage, despite having purchased the Free Returns package. After querying this, I was first advised that I had to pay. To which I was just going to do given I needed the scrubs. I encountered a technical issue while trying to process the return and contacted customer service again, I was then informed that I was eligible for a free return. This inconsistent information was frustrating and suggests that the customer service team may need better training on how the Free Returns package works.

The exchange process itself was also very slow, taking over two weeks. During that time, I became concerned that if the exchanged items also didn’t fit, I would no longer be able to return the top I had kept because the 14-day return window would have expired. During this period, a major EOFY sale occurred making me more frustrated.

Based on my experience, I would recommend simply returning the item for a refund and placing a new order in the correct size rather than using the exchange process, as it is likely to be much faster.

To make matters worse, I emailed the company outlining my concerns and requesting clarification, but I have still not received a response more than 10 days later….

While I like the products themselves, the returns process, inconsistent customer service advice, and lack of communication made what should have been a straightforward exchange unnecessarily stressful.

After trying 2 other scrub brands I found airmed. They are a great fit. The material is perfect for those that have fur babies and wear black! The personalized embroidery also just adds that extra touch. True sizing. Fast shipping. I purchased aspire jogger pants and paired them with the essential top as I like to tuck my shirts in! I will be purchasing more.

Amazed with clothing quality of both scrub top and pants. Also, it would be easier if there is a size guide for length itself, like petite, regular and tall. So that it's easier for customer to figure out. Thanks.

Order received by Australia Post 8 May 2026 - today is 24 June 2026 and we are yet to receive our order. Very frustrating as our company had to make payment upfront. 2 emails to customer service which were fobbed off with here is the tracking details.

I’ve been really happy with my Airmed Scrubs. They’re comfortable to wear throughout long shifts, with a lightweight feel that doesn’t compromise on durability. The fit is flattering and practical, making it easy to move around during a busy day. Even after several washes, they’ve kept their shape and still look professional. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into the design, and I’d happily purchase from Airmed again.

Loves the fit of my scrubs so comfortable! Make me feel so feminine as they’re fitter rather than the usually boxy/ baggy feel. Can squat down and feel flexible in the scrubs not limiting at all, so happy with my order
