Hi everyone, my name is Jade, I am currently a seller on Airgigs.com, I've been doing good business with clients there however, I'm not getting paid. At first the payment via PayPal a total of $510.00 I couldn't withdraw so I refunded it to airgigs and asked to have the PayPal account updated. They so did and my orders waited 3 days to be cleared, 3 days passed, and it went to the Awaiting Approval Stage, it eventually got passed the approval stage (a total of $1168.75) was ready to be withdrawn however on their website it shows that payments take 24 to 48 hours. 48 hours passed and no withdraws have been processed. Not one cent was paid. I eventually got onto the client and explained my situation and told them that they weren't allowed to use any of my work until I receive payments. The client then reached out to them on Instagram (I have all the screenshots) to explain to them the situation to get this over with. No assistance was given, the client provided down to a picture of their credit card including the cvv at the back which is a bit fishy and filled out a credit card authorization form. Still nothing was done. They eventually banned the client, luckily, they were able to exchange an email with me to contact them and send me all the information details. My advice is do not trust this site at all. Only when i get paid is when i will remove this review.

Where else can you get such skilled musicians for any of your needs?

Sept 8/2022. If you are looking to get instrumental tracks made for your songs. Please be aware that the musicians on Airgigs and other music recording websites in the USA ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY! They demand your Credit Card UPFRONT and If you are NOT SATISFIED with the work a musician has done they won't care and You Will Not get a REFUND! For example one musician named Sam Tuten on Airgigs.com did NOT COMPLETE an order. He decided to CLOSE the project instead and Airgigs.com sent a email to the buyer claiming it was delivered. He was given a chance to redo the instrumental track but he REFUSED. I paid $972.60 CA and got NOTHING DONE! This guy has issues with money and women! So Please Do NOT HIRE this guy on Airgigs.com...Ruby

Always find amazing talent with AirGigs. Constantly surprised by the level of quality of the musicians. Customer service is excellent whenever I have a question or need help with an order. I use the service at least once a month.

My experience with AirGigs has been amazing. I started as a seller in 2016. AirGigs connected me to clients around the world that I would have never known otherwise. Even though I’ve worked with clients at many different levels, I’ve always had a great experience. On a few occasions, I’ve had to cancel a session because I wasn’t the right fit for the project, but the owners personally handle all the support and are extremely fair to everyone involved.

Over the years I’ve gotten more into producing local artists in my area and have used AirGigs talent on multiple projects. My experience on that side of things has also been amazing. AirGigs is free for anyone to sign up for, so it’s up to sellers to market themselves honestly, and buyers to use discernment on who they hire. There are lots of legendary status musicians and engineers, and thousands of honest and world class up and coming sellers on the site. The site is great at taking spam down when they need to and dealing with problems when the arise.

As a freelance musician in a competitive and ever changing industry, I’m extremely thankful for Airgigs and the opportunities they create.

Hi, I represent a decent music promotion group, and since I signed up to "Airgigs", I've been treated unfairly by that platform's owners. They didn't let me feature any service as a seller neither collaborate with other sellers, neither gave visibility to my gigs, neither responded to my requests and emails although I was always asking to collaborate closer with them and asking for info. And against all odds, I got around 15 reviews of 5/5 before they suddenly close my account without notice and without a valid reason. I didn't do anything against their terms and conditions and I didn't contact them asking about anything. I just want to leave because I don't work at this level at all... I represent a music promotion team and we've been in this Business before that platform owners were born... And since 20 years of E-Commerce, we've never seen on the net less Business Oriented platform owners. Very weak in the Music Industry from every side, and very weak in running a Business from every side. If that platform has few good points, it's because of few good workers like us who signed up... But management and technically and generally speaking, that platform simply shouldn't be for such owners... Our services are crystal clear, we were selling with full 5/5 customer satisfaction and ratings... The only ones who aren't able to understand our services are the ones who don't understand well English, or the ones who don't understand enough in this Business and are not qualified to host this kind of Businesses in their platforms... Those who can't understand what's simply written will not be able to understand what will be told in a call or in any other way... Professional people mainly do Business in writing, especially from far distance...

Be careful about your order! None of these folks are professionals and that's why they are here! A sound engineer that I hired was mental, kept texting day and night after the project was complete. A couple female vocalists sent me substandard tracks that are pretty useless. There are other sites better to hire musicians.
