Rang to enquire on the lead time of a particular model of a split system. Terry was upfront and said 10-14 days, however they could offer an upgrade of the same make and the next size up at only a slight increase, delivery would be 3 days. Rang back after checking out a few things. George answered, honoured the offer and even added a FOC 3m pipe kit. Made the payment and immediately realised I had added the cost of the FOC pipe kit. Rang George, he had already noted the error and arranged the refund. Delivery arrived as promised in 3 days. One very happy customer 😎

Fantastic company to deal with from start to finish. Air conditioning units are in high demand right now, but the team kept me updated every step of the way. Their customer service was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and honest about wait times. Based on my experience, I highly recommend them!

I placed my order for a MeacoCool Cirro 12000BTU on July 1st. This vendor's website said they had it in stock, so I paid for it, with delivery specified as 1-2 business days.
However the unit did not arrive in that time. I sent an email and I called Aircare: the phone call was handled by an AI agent and all it could do is "make a note" for a human that I never spoke to. The email was ignored.
However, I still badly needed the aircon unit and Aircare weren't shipping or communicating. So I ordered and paid for another unit, same model, from John Lewis, with a guaranteed delivery date of July 14th.
On July 8th, Aircare emailed to say the stock had not even reached their warehouse yet and was only expected that coming weekend.
On the 14th of July, I got both the John Lewis unit and the Aircare unit. I couldn't cancel either one because what if the other went missing.
The Aircare unit that did turn up, didn't turn up with the "Digital Weather Station Clock" that was supposed to be included. Since I had no need for two aircon units and they're hard to send back, I had to sell it to a neighbour.

To summarise: Aircare sold a unit that it did not have in stock and didn't deliver it until 2 weeks later. They were unresponsive to emails and phone call did not reach a human. I had to order another unit from somewhere else. When the Aircare order finally arrived, it was missing the Digital Weather Station Clock.

What a great honest company, throughout the summer when supply was low/ non -existent , they kept me informed and updated even if . Having since ordered several units the service has been flawless and nothing to much trouble, to the point where I will be recommending them to friends and nieghbours so that they are ready for next summer.

The team at Aircare Appliances was really helpful and supportive with finding a specific air conditioner. I would especially like to thankTsvet and George who went above and beyond with their customer service.

Fantastic experience …. George was amazing so helpful, l live alone and work full time with no chance to receive timed courier deliveries. George took several calls from me and synchronised the delivery perfectly. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again.

Aircare have built their business model on the Ticket Tout mentality. Never give a sucker an even break.

The unit i want is advertised on Meaco's website at £629. That's the RRP.

But wait. On Aircare's site inflation is rampant. Aircare ignore the RRP. They want £799 for the identical unit.

I am so ecstatic and overwhelmed with the positive approach and attitude from this company towards the purchase of a Air conditioner unit made possible by team members commitment towards meeting my individual needs. With the present heat wave we are all experiencing all over the country they made the entire process so easy. Highly recommend this company, couldn't ask for a better service.

Good product range, reliable service, prompt communication on stocking, and adequate assistance on shopping and delivery. They withstood the heatwaves this summer. Would recommend.

Both the company and product are great. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is that buyers of this product need to be aware of its bulk and weight, although it does have wheels and when on a flat surface is fairly easy to move around. Whenever I contacted Aircare, I was met with a speedy response and friendly and helpful staff. The Midea ProSplit does exactly what it says on the tin and is a very superior portable AC. I have three!

Ordered a portable split and was advised it was sold to another csutomer so would I accept a better unit for the same price and a long delivery. I did (29th June was order date) and they were very good and received the goods today as promised and all is great. I can see a lot of 1* reviews and I think with the UK having 5 heat-waves demand has been crazy with unrealistic expectations.

Ordered 11th July now August 13th and heard nothing from them taken nearly £400 i understand it’s been exceptionally hot but don’t take orders if you cant fulfill them

Contacted about an air cooler, knowing most places were taking pre orders only didn’t have much hope, however, they said would be with me by end of the week if I ordered promptly. Ordered & delivered by the end of week as promised.

Emails were replied to promptly, cooler is great & will allow us to continue working in the forthcoming heatwave!

Delivery was quick.

Ordered a aircon unit a month ago i cant get through to anyone and it was a significant price. The delivery date has come and gone. thinking this might be a scam company!

Once i posted this i was contacted and my appliance did arrive as promised and is as described.
legitimate company however contacting them is not easy.

Had a very good experience with this company. Terry gave me heads up via email that Meaco 14k and 16k will be in stock at a particular day and time. And we had no issues buying. Compared to the Meaco own website where everything was sold in seconds, bought by bots and was reselling the next day at 3x the price. We bought 14k and 16k with aircare appliances, both were delivered quickly. It was a life saver for us, being pregnant in 3rd trimester with a toddler in such a ruthless heat which never ends was just unbearable. I am really thankful to Terry for those heads up.
