Hello everyone! My name is Diana Avirvarei and I am the owner of a recruitment agency based in Romania. I am very intersted about using AI in HR / recruiting. This course gave me a clear, practical understanding of how to work smarter with AI — especially through the distinction between prompt chaining and iterative prompting. That simple visual made everything click. I now apply prompt chaining to break down tasks like candidate briefs and screening flows, and use iterative prompting to fine-tune outreach messages. It’s already improved both the quality and speed of my recruitment workflow.

I think the course has a lot to learn. I like when the videos have the transcription or handout available . I would like something we can download for note taking or knowing a spot where we can see the most important notes we should make .
