INCREDIBLY BORING - save your money
I signed up for the HRBP course - it was soooo tedious and boring, I struggled to motivate myself to get through it. I slowly started working my way through it because I'd paid for it and it would be a waste otherwise. Then one day, I try to login, and I can longer access the course. I contact the help desk and they tell me it's been a year so my 'membership' has expired. I explained that I didn't sign up for a membership, I bought a course, and I didn't receive any warning that anything was close to expiring. The lady politely explained that course/membership is the same thing and that you lose access after a year. Apparently I didn't receive any notifications of an end date because I'd unsubscribed from the mailing list. This is absolute nonsense, because unsubscribing from a generic mailing list should not affect personalised communication about a product that I've purchased, and even after my communication with the help desk, I'm still receiving spam emails from AIHR so it's clear I did not unsubscribe from mailing lists. I would recommend people avoid giving money to this company. The courses are incredibly boring (hours and hours of the same man talking at you in a monotone voice) and they look for ways to make more money from you after you've already paid for something.

The content needs to be more interactive, and the Videos can be recorded using images and not just seem like I am listening to 2 or 3 people having a conversation.

Practical & Easy to Use Skills
HR Consulting Skills is by far the most practical course in "Advanced HR Skills" that I have completed in a long time. It can be applied immediately in a variety of HR projects/solutions and generate credibility and buy-in from stakeholders. I truly enjoyed the reminder about stakeholder engagement ahead of implementation.
