All courses had been cancelled but after few emails and text messages refund was issued .Not the best experience but eventually(after few weeks )I have received money back .

Booked 4 days training, all 4 were cancelled without notice. No appologies and no refund issued despite numerous calls and emails to the provider.

Keep well away from this company did all five courses they only registered four offered me my money back on the fifth but it’s the time I’ve lost took me over a month to get a reply the courses I took weren’t the one advertised the instructors weren’t the people who they where supposed to be what a shambles. I’ve been in touch with the DVSA they said they will be looking into the company and doesn’t take this lightly

Did 3 modules with AG.
Adrian and his team were maxed out with everyone wanting CPC in September. There were a few little glitches which were remedied by Adrian and the process went really well. I will use them again and be confident I will collect little nuggets of information I did not know.

AVOID! Absolute disgrace!
I booked 5 modules with AG Training CPC and and on the morning that my first module was due they cancelled it. I tried contacting them to re book but they ignored all of my emails, phone calls and messages. A week later I received an email saying that the remaining 4 modules will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. It has now been 2 weeks and I have still not received a refund and AG Training are still not answering the phone or responding to my emails.
I’ve now instructed my credit card company to recover the funds.

DO NOT USE.
COMPLETED 6 COURSES.
YES 6.
BUT 4 UPLOADED.
LEFT ME IN THE LURCH.
DISGUSTING COMPANY.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Waited time and money. Not well communicated..fail to delivery course twice... A few of online training companies like this should be report.

*After chasing them by text and email for weeks this was eventually rectified, poor show after having paid for course, completed said 5 day course and waiting for over a month to have last course updated*

My husband completed 35 hours, 5 modules and only 4 were updated on government site and only 4 certificates received. Course was 9/9/24 until 13/9/24. Husband has been unable to work due to not having cpc. Unable to contact Adrian by phone, have sent text message and left messages on website 'Bot'. Still no reply or any update on remaining certificate.

After repeated emails and text, no response when informing them that one of my 5 certificates has not been sent.

Didn’t upload my courses on time . For the last course i had to chase them three days to get it upload .
Not happy at all !!!!!

Another review with the same thing! Sat a course on 1st September. It’s now 24th and no upload and can’t work! Days and days of lost earnings! AVOID

Did courses 28/8, 4/9 and 15/9 only course uploaded is the last one. Told wrong licence no. Can’t find details of being on course. Now can’t work and having to pay for more courses with someone else. AVOID AVOID.

Adrian and his team of trainers have been excellent over the last 3 years of using them, and pulled out all the stops to get drivers through course over the last 6 weeks.
Highly recommend and will continue to use AG Training in the future.

Abysmal. Thank goodness I paid by PayPal and got my money back. I paid 18/07/2024 and apart from acknowledging payment that was it. I emailed, tried ringing, left texts, and messaged via website which it said was preferred method. After 6 weeks of this I was running out of time so paid for a course with Voyager, raised a complaint with PayPal and got my money back. They blocked me on Facebook but when I got a friend to look all the comments about not being able to book a course or still waiting for upload had been removed. Whatever you do, don’t use these people!

Best cpc course online and most cost effective.

Adrian and team of instructors are Professional and Great and courses Ran are simple and good I Recommend future training and the Volume of Drivers doing CPC the uploads will take a little bit longer but other than that Service is Great Regards Dave

DO NOT USE Husband completed his CPC 7 September and they had until midnight last night to upload. Still nothing. Can't get hold of them by phone or email. Absolute joke of a company when other companies upload certificate within a matter of hours of completing the course. We will be reporting this company to DVSA and DVLA as it's cost him a weekend earnings and will they reimburse his weeks wages, NO!!

Don’t understand the negative reviews. I paid £169 booked the classes i wanted to do at time of payment. Would get email the day before a course with log in details. There are a couple of issues but that is understandable with the volume of people trying to complete the training in the last month. Will definitely complete the training again with this company.

Course very easy to book.
Adrian was fantastic and efficient at booking.
Booked 5 day courses , felt a little stressed while waiting for the links each day which were sent around 8pm every night, due to high volume of drivers and trainers being VERY busy, but the links were sent however this was a downside of my experience and I had to wait for my last course to be uploaded which was only a downside on my behalf as my CPC card expired 2 day before it was uploaded which was really an error on my behalf, so make sure you give yourself at least 2 weeks after your last course for everything to be uploaded would be my advice. Communication is a little poor but hang on in there!!!!!! Adrian DID always reply if not by phone, text or email try all 3 would be my advice as I did all 3.
I wanted to give an honest review of my own experience and STILL gave a 5 star review despite having a few clitches myself as I felt this is still what AGtraining deserve.
I have recommended you to my coworkers one which has already booked on a 5 day course with you.
