Booked and received private RSV vaccinations from Rizwana at the High Street, Paisley branch for my wife and I. Easy telephone booking, taken on time, thorough questionnaire on any health issues and then a painless vaccination. Invited to come back to replace any of the printed information if mislaid. Good and easy experience.

Had my vaccinations with the lovely Ali and Ezra. Both were kind caring and informative .
A wonderful service. I highly recommend going here for your vaccinations.

The staff were knowledgeable friendly, kind and compassionate. They actively listened to my issues and went above and beyond to resolve the issues. They actively listened and ask me to come back mid week to ensure I was on the mend. Unlike the doctors who wouldn’t even look in my ears and rushed me out the door. The pharmacy showed me pictures of my inner ear and gave me anti biotics for an ear infection which made me feel much better. Thank you so much Lynn. I would recommend this pharmacy to others x x

Fantastic service from Lynn at Linwood. I received the ear wax removal and I now have no pain and can hear clearer. I have even sent my husband to get the treatment done.

So grateful for the assistance in resolving a minor medical issue in this Pharmacy while on holiday. The Pharmacist, Priyanka, performed a minor procedure on a walk-in basis, in a timely manner and was gentle and professional. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions.

Decided to ask the chemist about my cut thumb was healing ok. Just as well I went because it possibly is infected. Tariq gave me a course of anti biotics to clear it up. Thanks.

Joanna is absolutely amazing. Always full of great advice and ready to help. Her customer service skills are fantastic and she is a true asset to your company. I’ve had a couple of health issues that I’ve asked her advice on and she has always been spot on with her carefully considered views.

Today Elaine administered my flu jab @ A&G Causeyside St Paisley .. She was so lovely , gentle and put me at ease ..
I didn’t feel a thing .. This service was amazing , Fiona from A&G Neilston rd , called over and organised this on Monday,for me to have an appointment on Tuesday at 2 pm .. Absolutely fantastic service , & thank you again Elaine for being so nice to me ..

Great help for vaccines and health advice for travelling to South East Asia

Received expert advice about the vaccinations required for my daughter's holiday in Mexico. Eugene explained everything very clearly and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend the company.

I took my elderly parent here today for vaccination which is usually very upsetting and stressful. However I just need to thank the pharmacist Francesca for her outstanding patience and kindness in her treatment this morning. She was so professional and caring and I can't thank her enough. We would definitely come back to see her again as injections were quick and painless !

My flu jab was administered by Rizwama in Paisley High St branch. I was turned down in Linwood branch for not meeting the criteria so I popped in to Paisley and had a chat with Rizwama. She kindly checked everything for me and took me there and then. I was beginning to look like I would have a whole load of hassle try to get my jab this year but she sorted it all out in 15mins. She was polite and friendly and I am so grateful to her. Thank you so much. Liz
