This pharmacy is such a helpful one, efficient and friendly. This week I had cryotherapy with Katey who had gone in specially on her day off and was superb as usual. I also had help from a pharmacist who explained they can help with so many different things and write prescriptions. I was given advice on allergies and a prescription. Great service..I wish we had this pharmacy where I live!

Had a consultation with Lynn @Linwood examined my ears and carried out ear cleaning suction.
What a relief instantly. She was as professional knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly during the procedure. Good after care instructions and advice too.

I went for treatment to blocked ears.. I was dealt with and looked after by Lynn,who was very efficient in clearing my ears over two sessions..she was gentle and informative ,all in providing a great service,advising me I had an infection as well as wax,and telling me to put a few drops of olive oil in every few days to keep my ears lubricated.

The member of staff (Susan) could not have been more helpful. She was just a lovely girl, very polite and efficient.

Been using the pharmacy for years, the guys and girls in here work tirelessly to make sure mine and my mums prescriptions are done on time, and you always get greeted with a smile. Particular shout out to Lynn, Susane and Fattama, absolutely amazing girls and a credit to the company, highly recommend

I had an issue with my ear just before going into work. I was seen within 10 minutes and my issue was resolved in no time at all with zero fuss, and I still managed to get to work on time!

Visited the pharmacy on the 14th Oct. As I had a painful ear . Lynn had a look immediately gave me something to help and set up a new appointment. Total efficiency !

I was having issues with blocked ears and was hoping to find an alternative to olive oil. I was seen by Lynn at Linwood Pharmacy within minutes of arriving, and she kindly took the time to talk me through my options—including offering micro suction in the pharmacy, which I decided to try.

As someone who was nervous and trying this for the first time, I couldn't have asked for a more reassuring and knowledgeable person. Lynn explained the entire procedure clearly and made me feel completely at ease. She was so kind and professional, and the treatment itself was comfortable, and I can hear again!

Lynn also advised me to return in a couple of days for a follow-up check, which I really appreciated.

Went in with what I thought was an ear infection but turned out I had a migraine the experienced pharmacist was absolutely lovely can’t thank her and her colleague enough they were both very compassionate and are definitely both in the right job thanks so much for your advice today :)

My granddaughter took a severe allergic reaction. We took her over to the chemist where the pharmacist Lauren took one look at her and said it was a very bad reaction. She gave her piriton and had an epi pen at the ready while waiting for an ambulance. We can't thank or praise Lauren enough for everything she done for us and my granddaughter. She went above and beyond foe us constantly checking on how the reaction was changing while also reassuring and calming us down. So lucky to have Lauren and the team thank you all x

This is my local pharmacy, I have to thank pharmacist and staff member for their support help on helping to get my prescription correct due to a recent issue I was experiencing. Many thanks to you both for the help. Very positive experience great work! 👍⭐️

10/10 ear wax removal experience from Lynn in Linwood pharmacy, was determined to get the job done to a high standard and didn’t want to give up until was satisfied with how clean she got my ears.

Went to the pharmacy to get my cholesterol checked. Susan was extremely helpful and provided me with a clear explanation of my results. I would recommend that everyone gets their cholesterol checked on a regular basis.

I have been to this pharmacy twice in the last 4 months for my daughter who is 15 months. Both for small skin infections.
The pharmacist (I'm sure her name is Lauren) has seen her both times in the private room. She was so welcoming and made my daughter and me fee at ease. Each time she has offered creams to help which is better than the Boots nearby could do for me. The pharmacist help has made my life easier, helps my daughter and stopped me from taking an appointment slot at the doctor that wasn't needed.

I would highly recommend going to this pharmacy if you need help or advice.
