Professional Service
Great service! Booked at short notice and they turned up in time as promised. Followed instructions carefully and took good care of everything they moved. Professionals to say the least, saved my day. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!! That said, they don't have a card payment facility and if you're paying by bacs albeit it corporate, you'll get bombarded for payment starting from the moment the job is done. Advise is to pay cash on completion if possible...

Sorry to hear about this . I spoke with Mr Ali, he said we helped the company at very last minute and the boys did a great job. For the payment Miss Sarah offered card payment but now the company policy been changed because of forged transactions in past and we lost thousands of pounds. We requested bac payment and she promised for next day payment. Mr Ali called her after lunch time for update and she told the payment has been made but the accounts confirmed not been received. We received the payment today. In Removal industy all payment done before or after job done .

Dependable, honest and trustworthy.
The boys arrived on time. I was under serious stress: it being my family’s first move. However, the two men were extremely efficient, kind and explained their process. They managed to move everything in the house. Unfortunately, we went over the allocated time and there was no mention of this on their part -until we were billed. Still, it was an excellent experience and I could not recommend them enough.

Moving is stressful and I was going solo so it was lovely to have help from 2 people for whom nothing was too much trouble. They moved me in and out in 3 hours and didn’t stop in that time. Thank you.
