Fantastic customer service from Joanne…
Fantastic customer service from Joanne Bonner who called me to rectify our issues going back to last year. She had our old account closed down straight away and set up a new business account for our new premises with complex billing info. Extremely helpful, friendly and great at her job. She left me felling like we were in safe hands and everything was followed through with an email and all issues resolved very swiftly!!

1st Class service from Will!
1st Class service from Will in the Customer Service Department in Welwyn Garden City office. As a contact centre based manager myself I appreciated the swift efficiency Will dealt with my query and delivered extremely helpful information to resolve a payment issue generated by my business. If we had someone as good like this in my own organisation perhaps I may not would have to have called him to begin with. Thanks Will - a star.

Adam White recently came on board as our account manager and inherited the issue of a major leak in our school. He was extremely helpful and organised a specialist contractor to detect the leak. Once found we worked together to resolve the issue and has saved our organisation a substantial amount of money going forward.

No long wait time on the telephone.
My query regarding a problem on the account was dealt with very efficiently and an invoice was sent by email immediately which resolved the issue.

Customer advisor was very helpful in reviewing the account details, sending copies of invoices and history of the account for our reconciliation of the account.
