I had a really tricky billing issue…
I had a really tricky billing issue that required a lot of time and patience from the person dealing with it. Demi-Louise from the debt advisor department has been absolutely brilliant at helping me resolve this issue. She has been patient and attentive throughout this process and as such is a rare gem in the customer service industry.

An excellent team working for them
An excellent team working for them. Queries are always resolved very promptly and efficiently and they try to go above and beyond to help you out.
The 30 day rolling contract backs their customer service and with good reason. The number 1 water company around and wouldn't hesitate to place any of my consultancy placed supplies with them.

Copy Invoices
I asked for copy invoices and they were emailed to me quickly and without any fuss. I was also shown how to access the online system fpr future queries
