On the website it says I have a 30 day…
On the website it says I have a 30 day risk-free trial and that if I needed a return, they would do it with no questions asked. After emailing them for my refund approval, they emailed me back and stated that they “suggest I give my purchase to a friend and rebuy a new one for 50% off”…. I wrote back and stated that that’s not what I want to do and I would like a refund and I haven’t heard from them. DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Customer Satisfaction = 0 - Inferior Product
Unfortunately I fell for their advertisement regarding the AEROHAKE™ FRONT CLOSURE 5D SHAPING PUSH UP BRA
BLACK XL
SKU:AS000031-BK-XL
After waiting several weeks for the product, when I opened the package I was insulted by the quality of the product. Totally inferior. Wouldn't support an underdeveloped pre teen. I emailed the company immediately for a refund and they refused. Offered a 50% discount - huh. I replied via email that this was totally unacceptable and to advise immediately on how to return the product with the address AND credit my account. I am awaiting their reply.... Believe me I would have been much happier if the product met their advertised description for the price in US$
After several emails they are going to allow the return of the item to China. The cost of shipping is over 2 x the value of the item. Lesson learned NEVER BUY from companies advertising on the internet and social media sites.
