Paid $40+ for a jumpsuit…it arrives weeks later and is so poorly made, if you want it to cover your bust, then the length is at your shins. Sent everything they requested for a refund and they offered me $7. Lesson learned.

The steam machine I received did not heat. The
manufacturer refuses to replace the item even though I sent all the information to them that they requested.
I either must send the product back to China or accept a small refund. This is not acceptable.

Ordered a sweater on 11/15/24 have yet to receive it. Ask them where it was and they sent tracking number that it was sent to my local post office and it was on the post office not them. Tracking number they gave me does not even exist from any delivery company including china post where it says the tracking number was created! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!! SCAMMED!! Oh well TRUMP WILL HANDLE THIS SHIT!

If I could give 0 review I would. On the website a 'stained glass' type lamp was described as being 12" x 12", the actual size of the item I received was 5.5"x 5".
The lamp was nothing like the photos shown - unfortunately I cannot attach pics.
I have to say the absolute rubbish I received, that I paid $38.99 + postage for, I could probably find on a market stall for £10 & there is no way that I would buy it!!!!!

PayPal gave me a credit for the full amount. AEROHAKE refused to give full refund. This company bills under the name YH

Scam Alert - Purchased lamp that did not light up. Advertised as glass, but it's cheap plastic. Advertised as 12" tall, it is 6" tall. When I contacted seller, they offered $9 refund, then raised it to $16. They asked me to return at my expense. Shipping cost is over $30. Even if I returned, they would not agree to full refund.

Registered escalation with PayPal. They offered 7, Rejected - raised it to $14 Rejected. Now Aerohake / YH offers $38.99 and I have must pay $30 cdn postage to return a defective, fraudulently advertised lamp that does not light. Advertised as glass but it's cheap plastic. Advertised 12" tall, but it's only 6"
Demanded the full balance I paid - $48.99 USD. There is no need to return a defective lamp, they will throw it in the garbage. This is a ploy to force people to accept less than they paid. PAYPAL should cut off their PayPal account

Give your money to charity 👍🏼 Don't use this firm, I could go on for hours but can't be arsed. Just steer clear of them.

I too was scammed by that advert of a beautiful coloured glass lamp. I paid via PayPal $48 (including postage from China) , then received a lamp half the advertised size and made of shoddy plastic. I complained and was offered $9 back and ‘keep the lamp’. I refused and was then offered a choice of $16 back and ‘keep the lamp’ or return the lamp and receive a ‘full refund’ once they’d received the lamp. I didn’t trust them re acknowledging the lamp’s return nor did I want to reveal my bank details for the pledged refund. So I handed the matter over to PayPal’s disputes arbitration service (sending photos & emails to / from Aerohake) and PayPal sent me a full refund. Now I shall try to give away the horrid little plastic lamp! It seems clear that this company intended deception from the outset and that a team of staff work together on such repeated systematic frauds.

First of all that’s a neg 1 star. Secondly I have read all reviews and I too experienced the exact same treatment. The lamp I purchased fo $48 was beautiful stained glass in the picture, took 3 emails and nearly 1 month later to receive the plastic 3” piece of crap they sent me. 14 emails back and forth still has not resolved this issue. These people are out there ripping honest people off every day. The website and products look great but it’s all fake. I intend to have them checked into and arrested for fraud. Seriously, I’m pretty sure there’s more they do besides this to fraudulently steal from people. Anyone else interested in joining me?

Don't buy from these grubs!!! I bought a stained glass lamp and it was a piece of rubbish. It was plastic and only about 3" high not the 15" they claim it to be. I bought the Mushroom one and it was nothing like the picture either. I was offered a refund of US$9. PAYPAL DID NOTHING ABOUT IT EITHER.

I purchased one of their stained glass lamps apart from the fact they sent the wrong lamp, it wasn’t stained glass it was plastic absolutely rubbish, nothing like the pictures. When I asked to return it and get a refund I was offered 9USD I refused so I was offered 11USD
This company is a rip off

As a gear head when I saw the clock advertised that was made with a timing chain and piston with the piston rod as the stand I had to order this thing.
What i got instead was what appeared to be a bicycle sprocket and gear on a flimsy piece of aluminum with a tiny piston for a base. The hands on the clock were bent and the chain doesn't rotate more than a quarter of a turn.
I reached out to their support department and was offered a refund of $10 and the option to keep the clock. Naturally paying over $50 dollars plus shipping felt this was an insult and I told them no.
They then offered me $18 and keep the clock. I told them I would be willing to accept $30 and keep the clock. They then told me no and that I could return the item to an unknown address for a refund but that would be extremely costly and take quite a bit of time.
I'm going to reach out to legal experts and see if I have any recourse against them.
Horrible company to do business with.

Poor quality items that look nothing like the picture. Returns are almost impossible. Don't buy anything here if you value your hard earned money.

Ordered a clock from their website. The wrong clock was sent, and it arrived broken. They claim to have 24/7 online support. Good luck finding that on their website. I have asked twice now for a refund, and they are only offering a partial refund of $11 vs what I paid $57. I have submitted the scam to my credit card company and hope that they can work this out for me. I am in the US and was hesitant about ordering from China. I gave it a try, and what everyone says is correct. What a scam !! If you read this, and order anyway, you may just be a bigger fool than I was. Praying that Paypal can work this out for me !!!

I wish I seen this before my purchase. I purchased the EMS foot may and day1 it worked great, day 2 not so great I charged it to see if the battery was dying but still wasn’t working well. The light would flash and when I had it on the highest level it felt like it was the lowest. I contacted the customer support and asked them for troubleshooting, they responded right away but did not provide troubleshooting instead they apologized that the product was not to my standards and mentioned they can refund me $6 when my total was $38, $6 only covers the shipping fee. I informed them I would like a replacement or a full refund, they then came back saying they will give me $10 and I can keep the product which it is still not working properly. When I told them no I want a replacement or full refund they said okay but I will need to pay for shipping and then they will consider a refund which may take a month to receive. This is ridiculous I have never dealt with a company that try’s to negotiate a return price when their product is clearly flawed. Especially only trying to refund the cost of shipping. I also posted a review on their site but of course they did not post it since it is a 1/2 star and they only post their 5 star reviews which may be fake. I am debating on taking the $10 refund because who knows if I would ever receive a refund if I return it back, I am seriously so done with this company I don’t want to have to be checking in with them for a month on a refund.

Do not have anything to do with this company. Their method of operation is the shoddiest i have encountered since I purchased anything on the internet.
I recently ordered two bras for which I was charged $59.94 each, as they were sent from two sources, only one of which presented me with an incomplete invoice (no details of shipping or other costs mentioned, simply showing the total amount owed)
The bras, instead of being supplied and charged by one company were sent and charged by two companies or the subsidiary of the main company, one being:

Instead of receiving two invoices I only received one invoice, whereas the second charge was simply debited from my bank account.

This company is TOTALLY fraudulent!!! Do not buy from them!!! They shipped the wrong color bras (which are poorly made and couldn't fit a preteen cupwise). Their return policy = 1. 50% discount on another crappy product or 2. (The latest one - $15.00 on what was a $60 order after I paid for expedited shipping. THIS COMPANY IS BASED IN CHINA! Expedited shipping took over 3 weeks. I have countered with an agreement to take a $25 refund for the hot pink bra they shipped instead of the black one I ordered, and I will donate them to charity). Haven't heard back. DO NOT NOT NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

I ordered 2 bras totally not the size I ordered one was just a 34B/C the other was a 46DD I ordered 2 34DD the bras also fit strange nothing like the ad on Pintrest. I sent 2 emails to "customer service" listed on their page to request a refund for my $60 and still a month later no response. DONT ORDER FROM THEM! No contact number & they don't reply. Quick to take your $$$ though.
