Rachel whome i was speaking with was so helpful and helped me step by step

I terminated my hire purchase agreement and paid £80 to them to collect car.

Then after car was sold i got a refund but they took another £80 off me for car collection even though they emailed me to say id paid it already. Lucky I checked my account which now say -£80 so trying to chase a refund.

Spoke to Rachel Baker-Morton today, and it's always a pleasure to speak to the Advantage team. Even when things aren't quite right with personal finances, they are always happy to help and accommodate where possible.

Their customer services are absolutely spot on; they are well-seasoned and compassionate. It's a big deal when it comes to supplying and supporting customers, where the majority of companies fall flat at being basic humans.
