I’d give them a zero if I could. Ordered shoes during their huge sale in September 2023. Took 2 weeks to get shipping notice and then….nothing. Tracking link only said ‘booked’ and a week later reached out to customer service who said it was ‘stuck in NZ customs and would arrive in 5 business days’ . Got this same response for the next 3 weeks!! Then out of the blue, got an email saying the courier had lost my package and they’d issued a refund. So called and said I didn’t want a refund and why have you been lying about customs?! Said a supervisor would call within 24hrs; it’s been 2 weeks and no call, and each time they keep saying I’m in the queue for a call. Absolutely the worst service and wish I’d looked into reviews before buying from them. Do NOT purchase anything from Adidas NZ!!!!
Online tracking needs to be better
Order arrived after 3 weeks. Adidas needs to improve it's online experience with better tracking and more helpful customer service. I still like the products but if I buy Adidas again it wont be through their online store.

Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering off the Adidas website. Ordered on the 1st September and after me contacting them I was eventually told they couldn’t fulfil my order. Still waiting for my refund to come through but after reading experiences listed here I expect I’m going to have to chase it. Will never order off their website again and will avoid purchasing Adidas products in general due to how they choose to treat their customers.
14 October update: Still waiting for my refund. After getting in touch on 11 October to follow up I have been told they will look into it. I have yet to hear back…
THE WORST ONLINE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for me and my wife as a birthday gift since they gave a 15% off discount on online orders. After the purchase, there was no shipping or order confirmation that you usually get for online orders. I didn't take notice until after a few weeks I still didn't receive anything. That's when I started looking at their FAQs for shipping and delivery where I was redirected to an external shipping provider tracking site for DB Schenker. I had to ring up their customer service team (sounds to be a call centre in the Philippines) to get the tracking number where it took us so long to find and navigate through the tracking site. Finally, we got to the end of it, and it says it was 'Shipped' and was advised to give it 3-5 days for it to be delivered from Melbourne and is still within their timeframe. After a week, I got an email saying that my items were cancelled! I mean, it was just showing that it was shipped, and now it got cancelled! I rang them up again, the agent on the other end was upright rude and told me that the cancellation was sent a week ago implying I was wrong. When I pointed out that I only got the email today his tone changed and said that there was an error on their systems and will investigate. He also promised that he will email me within 24hrs to provide an update. 48hrs passed by and no email from them. I had to ring them again to follow-up and this time the other agent said there was no record of me calling them a few days ago! I wanted to give up and just get my items refunded, but they refused since there was another issue. They weren't sure whether my items were actually cancelled or shipped. After a month of back and forth with this online store, I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT. EVER. There was no form of compensation for the loss of money and time or whatsoever from Adidas to make-up for the customer experience. Your staff is under a lot of pressure from all these complaints, and they keep on marketing their online stores. I feel sorry for their customer services team.
Waiting over a month for my order
Have been waiting nearly a month for my order! Was ment to be a birthday present for my son but I’m still yet to receive my order! Will definitely not be ordering from adidas again!!!!!

Ordered from them over a month ago, still yet to receive my order. The customer service team which is based overseas keep saying the same thing and have NO idea where my things are and making same excuses.. they say they've been delivered when clearly they haven't when even their tracking says "Booked" not "In transit or delivered" DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Waiting for a refund of $485.00 which I hope I get back! Nike has a much better experience.

Terrible website, registered and started looking through site and selected some items and added to cart. Went to check cart and items had gone from cart. Selected items again, went to cart to check out and pay but my phone number, a Spark NZ number was not accepted, so couldn’t complete purchase. I gave up and closed my account. Turns out they are based in Aus and not NZ. Do not use this site.
Misleading advertising and atrocious service
Misleading advertising - there is nothing "NZ" about Adidas.co.nz, as they ship out of Melbourne. Items listed as being in stock were not, so only half of my order was ever shipped, and that took weeks to arrive. When I rang about the rest of the order, I was given various circular arguments that implied I was somehow at fault for not having received my order. I am now NZD130 out of pocket, and seemingly with no recourse. Adidas.co.nz is little better than a scam and I cannot recommend that anyone ever spends money with them again. Absolutely disgusting service.
No reply to emails
No reply to emails, week later nothing still shipped! Links dont work properly and only way to contact them on website it via a land line?? Alarm bells screaming scam!! Fortunately I via paypal, so am requesting me money back through them

I would definitely advise against ordering anything from this Adidas NZ online. Someone previously calling them a "total scam" is absolutely correct.
I placed and paid for my order using PayPal on the 8th of July. Had to chase when I heard nothing after 3 weeks. Tried numerous times to get them on the phone and gave up after 20 mins of being on hold. Finally got through and there was some issue with stock, so the order was cancelled. I am still waiting for my refund despite being promised that it would be paid by now. Emails are now going unanswered. It is now 18th of August. How can a company of this size operate like this? Taking people's money and not supplying the goods.
Atrocious Service
To call customer service for Adidas NZ atrocious would be flattery! I ordered a pair of shoes 3 months ago and despite numerous attempts to contact Adidas via their Facebook chat and telephone I am none the wiser as to when I will receive said shoes. Every time I call I am told they would have to follow up with the relevant department and I would receive an update 24-48 hours only to never hear from them again. I have spent hours on their dedicated Facebook messenger chat and phone line to trace this order to no avail. If I didn't know better I'd think I had fallen for a con artist and not a reputable company... never again will I order through this website.

The worst online experience ever- ordered a pair of NMD shoes-10 days later revived weightlifting shoes??? Called up and explained they asked me to return them 10 days later called again- they couldn’t confirm if have received wrong shoes back- call again confirmed have shoes and will refund 1-3 days- call back again no refund coming up to 7 weeks… yeah you read it 7 weeks and still no refund no error of mine no shoes no money- Adidas NZ sort your S**T out- thinking about legal action now.

Weightlifting shoes ordered. waited 2 weeks with no update. Got in contact with them via there bullocks messenger chat. Advised there was a stuff up at warehouse and order should be on its way in 2 days. Wait another week, got in touch on their chat, now advised that order has been cancelled because there wasn't any stock!!! Waiting for my refund for over 2 weeks, and the whole time the shoes have been shown in stock on their website... DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ADIDAS!! YOU WILL BE DISAPOINTED.

It is now 37 days without my shoes being shipped. I have tried calling them and tried the online chat. I have currently been on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes. This is ridiculous, I am going to call my bank tomorrow and ask them to reverse the payment - if that is possible. I am so over it. Never ordering direct from them again. Edit - got through to someone on the phone after waiting for 2 hours and they now say the shoe was out of stock, but they are still advertising it. Waiting for the return of my money, the saga continues.
